Great ideas. Did you know the top of a Parmesan cheese container fits on a Mason jar perfectly. Great to use for a shaker to put flour on a surface or tons of other things. Most Parmesan cheese lids have both shaker holes and a larger area to measure out larger servings.
Honestly, I've done so many things with mason jars I didn't think I'd be able to do anything besides nod at your ideas and grumble about how yours always look cuter. But the matches with sandpaper? GENIUS! Thank you as always!
Those are nice to keep in the utility closet or the garage if you have one or just the kitchen in case of an emergency. Put that next to a mason jar full of little tea light candles and you have an emergency light kit I like that idea
Ohhhh my goodness I love the lids and dollar tree has them awesome 😎 absolutely love your channel I'm going to have to make a trip to Dollar tree have only been there once since March times are hard but praising God 🙏 they are getting better.
It is getting better! Hope you can find the lids, but if you not, enjoy your shopping trip anyway! It's fun to just look too :)
Hello from frigid Chicago! Hope everyone is safe and warm!
I use the plastic top off parmesan cheese, it fits Mason jars perfectly. I use them for salt, sugar and confectionery sugar. Love the ideas!
The floating candle in water was genius!!
I love how you did the salt and stuff in the mason jars creative
I love the small ones with spices in them.
I love the buffalo check and the spice jars.
Love them all. Can't pick a favorite.
You must have an amazing Dollar Tree!!
I have a very small Dollar Tree but it is very well kept. I can appreciate that! Helps with the creative process
The pouring spout for salt was genius!
Thank you so much for the idea keeping salt in a canning jar!!!
Love the last one the tall piece with the fence design on it
Love the jute dispenser.
Great ideas! 👍🏻
Some of my favorites were the spices organized in the jelly mason jars, the matches and sandpaper starter, the ferry lights and the paint brush holder.
Mason jars are great to make salads for lunches. Place veggies on bottom and lettuce on the top, so it won’t get soggy. Carry in purse when you work. Place dressing in small containers I found at Dollar store.
Wow Shannon this is one of my favorite diy videos from you. I love the fairy lighted one.
I love them all Shannon, such great ideas. I'm going to get started on some today since I can't get out. I am very physically handicapped and stay inside most of the time. I am so grateful for you and all of your great ideas that keep me busy. Thank you so much.
So am i. Ive been disabled since 32 but only recently shortly after my 50th bday did i become so disabled that i am no longer able to leave the house without an aide. N then its a whole production. My pain gets so out if control that it usually isnt worth it. Si fir now i only go out 2x a month when i go to the dr. The only store that is actually easy to visit is target. If u call them from the parking lot they will- at leasy store always did- bring a scooter out to ur car. Then after i shop they have always come out to the car n loaded my stuff into my car. I was able to go to target only for the last 2 years. Unlike walmart n others target always has fully charged scooters available. Just a heads up to ny disabled brother n sisters. May u all have a less painful night
@@amykrueger-smith5461 I totally understand your situation. Walmart never has a charged cart. I haven't been there in forever. I hope you have family to help you. I live about 30 miles from my family and you would think it was 300. I see a pain doctor and he's not helping me at all. We have a lot in common. I hope you're not in too much pain today.
Wow!! I love them all!! You are brilliant! The one with the rope around the rim... I wrapped netting around the jar too.. and sat them around my nautical theme back porch and put fairy lights/solar lights and with a few MJ’s I put the torch fuel in them with a wick and placed them around my deck. The possibilities are endless with MJ’s!! TFS!!! ❤️
Mason Jars are also great to make salads for lunch. Layer veggies 🥕 veggie Broccoli
Love all these ideas! Thank you for sharing! 👍🏻🤗❤️
I really love the buffalo check jar!
I love the Buffalo check mason jar
I liked the jute ball in the jar. Good idea.
I made some coasters using the cork sheets from DT and Pringles can lids several weeks ago. Great minds think alike. :-)
Now I am going to have to buy cases upon cases of mason jars! I really thought the salt spout makeover was an excellent one.
I love all of the ideas! The toothbrush holder I was thinking of using the lid you use for the paint brushes. It would keep them apart better. Germs these days lol. Have a blessed day!❤
So many ideas ! My favorite were: the hanging eucalyptus jar, the water with tea light jar, the fairy light jar....and absolute fave which I will def do....the twine spool jar! So convenient!
I did the coasters with antique Mason jars lids that had white ceramic lids and antique silver metal rings.
Love mason jars, i just did my bathroom in Black and White and have a jar for foam soap dispenser. I also have pine cones in one with the fairy lights. Great ideas! ❤
A lot of ideas I like the last project distressed look with large jute twine ❤️

Hey Shannon, just got rid of those open bagged spices and put them in the small mason jars. I used chalkboard labels so I can change them out as necessary. Thanks for the great idea. They look so much better now. 😊
I liked the jelly jar spice holders best.
I have soooo many jars!!! I’m a container hoarder Lol so thank you for these ideas:)
Wow Shannon these are some amazing hacks thank you for sharing.
Definitely worth watching till the end. Great ideas! I like the pop of color in the spice jars. Fun!
Hi Shannon, October 2019 thru November I spent 5 1/2 days in the hosp eith internal bleeding. When i came home i was pretty much bed bound for about 3 months. Thank God i had just bought my first cell phone with the internet on it. I saw someone on UA-cam make a Mason jar tissue holder. I had paint on hand already had a Mason jar, had burlap and green ribbon. In Sept my room was painted Soft Sage and I wanted the Mason bar to match but the green is very diff. I needed something for the middle of the burlap. That afternoon I felt stronger so went into the kitchen to make lunch and here in the recycling receceptical was one faux daisey. My mom had no clue where it came from but it was in the junk drawer she was redoing.
For my Valentine's Day tree I bought the little fairy lights like you had but I ended up not using them. I know what I will use them for. I loved the buffalo check one also. They are all awesome so I could not tell you what my favorite one was. I do have a suggestion if that is ok. When you out the tooth brushes into the jar with the open mouth all the brushes were together. How about if you put one if the caps on the jar like you did for your paint brushes and then the toothbrushes do not touch eachother incase someone has a cold or bug. I live your videos and seeing your decor. I wish I had lived my life differently yrs ago and didnt leave a good paying job for that era, left a small house I was renting that was very affordable to go live in a very poor area of NJ because a boyfriend who lived in NJ was on probation and could not leave the state. I'm sure if I stayed in VA at my good job I would be owning my own cool place 30 yrs ago. This Washington, DC area is do hard for single people to make ends meet. I live alone so I have to be very frugel. Instagram makes me very down with all these country decorated homes, homes on the beach, homes by the lake in Maine. I hope someday to have a little house to decorate, stencil the walls, do lots if DIYs. I would love a little she shed like your's. Sorry for the novel. I enjoy all your crafts. I definitely want to make the nautical rope candle one for my back porch which is all nautical. Have a good weekend and stay warm. Love, Rebekah
Thank you for your story! There is a reason for everything. Wishing you wellness and happiness. Hugs to you and keeping crafting!
Thank you Shannon.
Great ideas from genius crafter!❤👍
Heading out to the DT to get some of those lids...I bout a dozen mason jars at Michael’s and used my coupon...these are some great ideas..

BEAUTIFUL MASON JARS 101 BY SHANNON ...
There were so many of them that I liked! I think my favorite was the wax melts by the fireplace and sitting the jar on the mug warmer! Thank you!
Thanks so much for all the ideas. I will be using so many for gifts and for myself. You are incredible.
Great ideas. I have not seen the different lids at any of my dollar tree stores.
Oh my goodness Shannon, every hack is genius ! I love them all! My favorite is the twine holder w/ the hole in the lid, awesomeness! And the solar light! 😁 I use those jelly mason jars for my glitter! As always thank you for sharing your hacks! Stay safe, healthy and positive! GOD bless you and your family! 🙏❤🇺🇸😊
If you get the half gallon mason jars you can put in a ball of yarn for crocheting or knitting.
I'm doing the wax melt holder! I love all of these ideas today Shannon! I love the buffalo plaid jars too!
The coasters I think were the most unique and most purposeful use. The others are always great and have been demonstrated by many. Coasters are always an asset especially if sometimes you have more jars accessories then jars. Great idea.

I like all of the Mason jar ideas, my favorite is the matches because it looks nice and it's functional. I like the rope tied around the top to form a little handle.

You always have such cute ideas. Made a lot of mason jars this year. I painted them, used felt glued to the ring lid, added Kleenex inside and used my Cricut to make a decal that says Bless You. The were adorable and my family and friends kept me so

Thanks for sharing. GREAT ideas!
My faves: the hanging jar (black lid & chain, river rock & tea light) & the white jar with the "HOME" tag. So difficult to choose a favorite ~ they were all awesome!!
Such wonderful ideas! I have tons of jars I inherited from my Nana when she passed away but I already had a ton because I can foods to store them. I actually buy dollar tree candles that come in mason jars with lids and I reuse them once I’ve burned the candle down instead of buying new (single mom on a tight budget lol). I’ve been making my own seasoning mixes and storing in them, using them for cotton balls and a-tips, hair ties, Bobby pins, and using a different lid (a ring and flat piece that I buy separately at the grocery store) I use them to can personal size applesauces for my kids, or zucchini relish (I’ve found if I do a taller jelly jar it goes to waste so the little size is perfect).
@girlinjax as long as they are sterilized they are fine, my family has been canning since my grandma was little and before. They use old Mayo and salad dressing jars etc. the candles come in that sort of jar and we tested their durability years ago. They don’t have to be name brand jars, as long as they are sterile and the lids fit snug and seal. We have never had any issues with them.
I recycled a large valasic pickle jar to put my knives and serving spoons in.
These are great! I love mason jars. What great hacks!! I loved the paint brush organizer, the buffalo plaid one & the ones that were planters.
I have been watching you while recovering from covid and pneumonia. You have no idea of how much you have brightened my days! Thanks for sharing your time, your talents, and your precious spirit!
