Thanks Don. It was a cheap pedal I am using for a CB mic EQ project. It is working very well. I use live SDR to listen to my live signal getting into the USA to adjust the EQ. Good comments so far but my Astatic echomax 2000 is still the winner unless I can tweak this EQ setup to do better.

Are you saying it won't turn on? If the battery is good and the wiring from the battery to the circuit board is good then the on/off switch is dirty or broken. If not, one component or more has failed on the circuit board. Also check the circuit board for any cracks.

Can you ensure that that internal switch is being engaged? Is you signal running thtough the pedal to the amp without it being on. The guitar should still flow through the pedal. If not, check your guitar battery ( if it has one) your cords and your amp to be sure it is working.

Used troubleshooting methods to tryband get signal. Used guitar its signal is normal through the Amp. Guitar connect input with pedal and out through the first out and second output ,no signal on or off flowing through. Tested battery with VU meter 9.6 volt. Still not turning on unfortunately.

There is an issue with the pedal because the signal shoud flow through the pedal no matter if it was dead, unplugged, etc.... Check the cord from the pedal to the amp. This is a puzzler!

    Thanks 👍
I don't get it why pedals (and guitars) in common has these awful systems instead of nice ESP-like slot stating clearly 9V Battery goes here!! 🔋
Even ESP's have that slot only in their 3k guitars & basses. In others like LTD you need to unscrew the whole electronics to replace the battery.
My 5 buck remote controllers have easier clip-in systems like these damn things lol 😂. Does it have to be some kind of secret science behind 4-8 screws or pulling the most sensitive part of the Pedal away, and no, obviously not a slightest signal about where to put that God-forsaken battery 😂

It was as though they wanted to hide the battery so it wouldn't get stolen but was not concerned that the pedal might get stolen. LOL..
Thanks for the comment. I am glad it was useful to you.
