Will I still be able to use the existing hands free Bluetooth that comes with a 2008 is350? I just need the audio Bluetooth connection for playing music.
I installed this myself about a month ago and it was easy enough to do but the device would connect and allow me to control the audio with the car controls but it played through my phone speakers, there was also a static sound and some distortion. I tried everything to fix it and nothing worked. I've since removed the device and found what seems like a better option.

As a audio file those Chinese head units sound horrible once you put a high watt sound system in they start clipping and distorting. Plus they're dirt cheap to make but they over charge up the ass those things are worth $100-150 not $600
What version of bluetooth does the module have? Will it play as clean and at the same quality as AUX, I use tidal and have noticed a big bass difference when using bluetooth compared the AUX in other cars with similar bluetooth modules.
Our kit uses bluetooth 4.0. The sound quality will be the same as your CD, and better than AUX, as AUX is analog and this is Digital sound. If you have any more questions please send us an email. Thank you.
@@gtacarkits My friend cd and aux are analog, and bluetooth cannot be better quality than analog sound. Trust the old dj. P.S. still need that connector for my 2006 is 220d. Please ship one for free to Finland.
