What about mentioning pelvic floor dysfunction exercises. Strengthening these muscles will eliminate the bladder pain and pressure. The cause is weak pelvic muscles surrounding the bladder and rectum.
Dr. Casperson, for women, can a deficiency in estrogen and/or testosterone cause IC? Just wondering if vaginal estrogen or vaginal DHEA might help a woman with their IC symptoms IF they are hormonal deficient.
