Scott was their original beatboxer. Layne took over from him when he headed to Hollywood to become a very successful actor.
Voiceplay always pays homage to the original, but will always put their own touch.

Voiceplay's covers are always unique. The take a piece and make it their own.
I didn't know the game or song so came in without preconceptions and I really adore their cover.
Every time I listen to Scott's comments at the end I get choked up.

Voiceplay and Geoff have several songs from video games. "Still Alive" from Portal, "Sleeping In The Cold Below" from Warframe, Geoff does "Unshaken" from Red Dead Redemption 2, and I feel like I'm missing one or two, I'm not that awake yet. But they're all excellent.
