I agree that the rail construction will definitely expand beyond the PNR right-of-way. All those remaining wood and cardboard shacks will have to go. And I wouldn't be surprised if they decommission Algeciras St, (similar to what they did to Magsaysay Bridge/Flyover), just so they can have more room for all the heavy equipment moving around. Thanks for the update.

There will be a BRT like bus service under the elevated NSCR so Algeciras maybe reduced or be decommissioned.
