Ok I have questions could I do a set up like this in a sun room that's not heated or has ac?? I'm in ohio so not crazy weather either way but definitely hot in the summer and cold in the winter . I don't have a space for large tank inside so this would be perfect. I have 2 year RES. The room is in closed off my house with sliding windows that open and close.
You want to keep your water at around mid 70s. If your are getting higher than low 80s I would be worried and lower than 70 would be risky too. Shade could help but you could try it out and keep a close eye on it!
