I’m torn between getting a 350z or a GTS Spyder. I know either way I’m customizing I’m leaning towards a supercharger but after this video I might need to reconsider a turbo kit one of the 350z I’m looking at comes with a single turbo the previous owner did a lot of customizing already to the car but I feel like a single turbo just isn’t enough power 🤔
Even though I love my 3g. If I had to choose between a 350z and a 3g I would go with the 350z. Tons of aftermarket support no real need to do custom fab work. Now if you can do your own fabrication 3g all the way. It's just a lil more challenging
good thing you didn't run E85. you need a special tune since it's supposed to run high octane. If you do want to run E85, I highly recommend you get it tuned for it or you'll have engine issues.
E85 wasn't popular when I first turbocharged my 3g. Now if I did go that route I wouldn't run the fuel set up that I had since it's really not efficient for the demands for e85. Plus on the tune side I could run more timing and make more power

Cool vids man. I would've built a motor and spin that Garrett up pass 30 psi. I remember wanting to boost my 3G back in the day.
I've toyed with the idea of building another motor. Will see though

Not exactly its a bigger motor and it does mount slightly different. Not a simple swap

How much hp does turbo generate for 3g eclipse v6 engine?
Depends on how much you decide to run. So it could be in between 300-600whp etc or more
@@tcroc30 so it depends on how much psi the turbo kit has?
Kinda. You set the psi through a controller. Also depends on the turbo as well. A lot of factors come into play
