Thank you for the video. Changing the environment between the place you live and the place you work is very hard for all people when they come to Taiwan. However, by learning each other, we can adapt the new environment. All of these are showed throughout this video, the European manager has change the management style when he came to Taiwan, his style is a mixture of European and Taiwanese. Besides, the man interviewed has learned and change when he came to Taiwan. This is the good way that I can apply to my work in the future
Thank you for the helpful video. You help me know that most people coming to Taiwan will have a hard time but when we get through that time we will find ourselves more mature, better adapted to life here. And honestly, I had the same time and I also miss the food of my country. Despite the difficulties, his company has really succeeded in the field of wind turbines. So thank you again and I hope we can succeed in this country too. 👍👍
This literally offers a deeper insight into European market, i have been nurturing the dream of travelling to Euroupe. Since i go oversea and land in Taiwan as a place to study abroad, my major challenge is the proficiency of Chinese. However, i perpetuate to deepen my knowledge in relation to second and even third language so that the window of opportunity can be widely opened to me.
I am in agreement with what is said in this interview. Speaking from experience, the management style between Taiwan and my home country, Belize is very very very different. It takes adopting and compromising in order to make both parties feel understood and comfortable. Great management is very important in a company so that it can flourish. I enjoyed how the interview was in a conversational setting and it made me feel like I was there speaking to you both. However, I would have enjoyed knowing more about the company, as well as hearing more about the work or role that he plays in his company. Those points give us a view of what opportunities and tasks we can seek if we wish to venture into such an occupation. Also, I agree with you both on what we miss from our countries😂. Moreover, I enjoyed the interview and I wish Mr. Lars a fruitful journey in Taiwan.
Fascinating!! I do think that living or working oversea would definitely have a lot of hurdles. Being able to adapt and learn by doing is surely a great strategy in life😊😊
As people living in Europe, whose lifestyle is vastly different from the Taiwanese, their challenge is the language and the food, because perhaps the food represents the national culture, Denmark and Taiwan are long geographically distant, so they find it difficult to differentiate food. The interview did not reflect much about their work, but through it I felt that they had discussions about their living environment, cultural differences, their interests or difficulties with Taiwan.
This video is informative and valuable for people who want to know more about the European market. Thank you for the video!
