have you ever tried to put a bent axle in a press and c if u can straighten it enough for a emergency back up.
I haven’t. Usually the material is to hard and brittle and they snap. This one bending is very surprising.

I hope the end of your tubes are beveled before you weld them. It doesn’t look like it in the videos and if you arent then you aren’t getting the proper penetration when welding your tube joints which will make that whole cage weaker.
Appreciate the input. The caps on the tubes and joints like that are definitely beveled, 100% penetration on all weld joints 🤙🏻

You know I love me some KRX Jess. At first I was like OMG it's orange. But if he's doing some kind of orange wrap, yeah I like it . I would prefer a stand alone rear bumper, only to save that cargo area. It's pretty massive and comes in handy with the bed extender tusk makes. .. now on to Emma..... Glad to see her FINALLY. wash a machine, although, I'm pretty sure she didn't need the pressure washer with all those tears😂😂😂😂😂😂. As always, nice video...

23:20 powder coat would last 10x as better you just cheap
I disagree. Why spend money on powdercoat when it gets ruined every ride lol. Hard to touch up too. If your a pavement princess or don’t lay your machine on it’s side even ride then powder is the way to go.
@@TheCanAmCrewonce again you cheap. My cage has been bashed a lot and there’s not a single spot of raw metal showing. Just use higher quality powder
@@dead.legs.offroad your definitely not rubbing the cage on rocks or rolling down mountains like we do then. I wouldn’t say I’m cheap since we have more money in our sxs’s than I can count but what I will say is I don’t spend money on wasteful things like powder coat when I know it’s going to get scraped off lol.
