@@cincinnatipicker I'm trying to better our lives for my family, I have a wife and a six year old boy. We haven't even been on a vacation together or anything in 12 years with my wife and six years with my son. I have the drive, will, perseverance, and intellect to do something big. If you read this, please let me know if we can email each other or Skype or something. I really would like you to talk with me, show me some of the ropes, I too was a victim of invoicing, I sold a guitar for like $350 and got a $33.00 charge a month later. I never did it again. I don't expect you to respond, I don't ever count on that, but if you happen to see this, PLEASE help me. I will not take it for granted.

Only eBaying since the end of March. So when the deal you were about to do was getting close I told my wife your estimate would be around $500 to $600 and you would offer $200 to $230. Thanks to you, garage sales, part-time pickers, and lot of Josh who gave me a free education My wife and me grow more confident in our abilities to do well. By the way, we are both 75 years young. I now have 135 items listed and have sold $2182.64 in the last 60 days. What a fun way to supplement our retirement income. Luv you guys!

Really enjoyed the video. Like the fact you are straight forward on what you could possibly make and then tell what you think it's worth without screwing someone over. Some people don't realize you may have to sit on items for a period of time too before they sell which ties up cash flow and takes up space. Am contemplating starting to sell all my son's things from when he was little on EBay because it would be nice to clear out my back room and use it lol. I have every toy, games, etc that he ever had and since he's 35 now with no children it's probably time to let it go.

I have at least a hundred small GI Joe figures, multiple vehicles, several big GI Joes and several vehicles, from 80s and early 90s. Also have lots of ninja turtle stuff and figures from early 80s, along with all the movies on VHS. I guess I didn’t realize they were worth anything yet. I even have a GI Joe bed tent. These were my sons, but he doesn’t want them, so I just stuck them in my attic with some other toy collections from both my sons. Trolls of all sizes, creepy crawler ovens and lots of those molds to make them, pellet and BB guns, games, cars, trucks, pogs and pog makers, extra pog sets, etc.

A fair offer that makes the seller happy is just the best way to go. I've bought literally tons of stuff after other pickers lowballl the seller. I do what you do by being honest and telling them that I'm a reseller. Many of times it opens the doors for them to then show me better stuff that they were afraid to put out due to expecting nothing but lowball offers. This approch has led me to many a housecalls that benefit me and the seller greatly. Integrity in this business is a must. Your reputation is everything and used properly can open many doors. I'm six years post bone marrow transplant for leukemia and I'm not going to waste any time being a douche bag. Happy picking to you Cincinnati Picker! All is good😎😎😎

This video is also a great reminder how important it is to let the people know that you're a reseller and searching/ buying stuff. These are the kind of opportunities that bring in a lot of inventory and help the money to flow and the business to grow. Thanks for sharing :)

At least you dont low-ball people, your respect for other people and the way you operate should set the standard for all resellers. Cheers

200 Dollars. It's fine? WTF. You couldn't believe it either! Verry great deal. He could have sold the camera alone for 200 if he would have listet it himself.

200 for everything works a lot better for both of you than 75-100 for only the good stuff. You still get decent ROI % even if it moves slowly

What I do with Ebay is pay the fees straight after the item is sold at least then nothing creeps up on you.

I really want to get into buying and reselling from places like Goodwill and garage sales! Do you just compare online prices to whatever you're thinking of buying, and buy if you think you can make a high enough profit? Do you ever take huge losses? Love the channel!

also how do you find garage sales? just driving around until you see a sign? In the winter when it's colder, how do you find them then?

Yeah but if you use PayPal they take a percent as well. Between shipping, packaging, Ebay's cut, PayPal cut, driving to the post office, and the fact your trying to sell for good prices make it so difficult.
