This was so relaxed, best one in relation to you both being so cute and laughing through out . best so far as an insight to your relationship after amber. So cute. I pureed all my son's food but started with organic baby rice mixed with breast milk. Then only normal pureed food not jars or tins as he didn't like it so it wasn't cost effective. Deserts were pureed fruit, if I made cottage pie or lasagne etc I just pureed it. It's trial and error.
I absolutely love you guys and myself and my husband are trying for a baby at the moment. I didn't belive how stressful and upsetting it would be at the start ( it's only been 3 months ) but your videos have really helped me to just chill and not get upset about things. I remember when you really focused on your fitness on UA-cam. I used to be soo jealous if you and wouldn’t watch your videos bc I would feel so bad about my self. When I’m reality I didn’t have confidence but you gave me some and made me want to encourage others no matter how they looked and not be jealous of others but be happy for them so I just wanted to say thank you❤️
Also from Cardiff :) I would recommend the “What Mummy Makes” book it is fantastic! Baby led weaning is amazing, it is so much easier when your baby can eat whatever you eat(minus the salt) my baby is now learning to feed himself with a spoon at 8 months. (Started at 6 months) Amber will get all of her nutrients from your milk so they say “food before 1 is just for fun” so it doesn’t matter if when baby led weaning she doesn’t eat a lot, she will just be getting used to the textures etc. People always think babies can’t eat if they have no teeth but it’s honestly amazing how they do! You might also want to get a free flow sippy cup with handles too. I want to say my gosh she is so beautiful! Xx
I breastfed my little one for 13 months, he is now 19 months. I never had longer than an hour away from him because I never wanted to! He didn’t take to bottles, and ended up drinking from an open cup from 6 months for water and any milk I did express. Please wait for the 6 months to wean and remember food is fun before one! Just one solid feed a day to start with. 🥰
@Lou Unfortunately “showing signs” does not mean their digestive system is ready for solid foods. You should only wean before 6 months if advised to do so by a doctor or health visitor. You should still introduce meals slowly.

Make sure you season the babies puree food! You can look up safe seasoning to add in and it makes the world of difference if the baby doesn’t want something ❤️

I loved baby led weaning. As someone who's children had a million allergies make ur life easy and stick to 2/3 day of the same foods you can identify the allergy. It's easy to get excited and carried away. Asthma and eczema are indicators of allergies. So if she suddenly develops eczema at 6 months you'll understand that it's most likely an allergy
Baby Led Weaning. No puree "mixed" feeding, unless it's meant to be in that form (mash, yoghurt etc) as it can confuse them. You just swallow a puree, but chew a strawberry for example, you don't want her to just try to swallow a finger food as she's used to a puree form. Sit all together and eat the same foods. No whole nuts or honey, milk is fine in food but not as a drink. She might just play with it for ages, which is fine. Food is fun before one. Research the difference between gagging and choking. And yeah that's about it?! So much fun. I've done it with 2 babies now and will with my third. Love it! Good luck. 🧡
My cousin done this with her baby and she’s now a broccoli obsessed baby haha she loves the textures and holding the food, also my nanny who only fed purée to her kids, sees that my cousins baby is more comfortable with solids as she’s been used to it from the get go xx amazing

I lost friends nearly all but one ☝️ as I was 17 when I settled down and got engaged and surprise baby which at that age some couldn’t understand why I wanted to continue the pregnancy but wasn’t a question for me I was inlove with first moment I knew . So as much as it was lonely for a while until I got older and met mom friends more as some moms didn’t bother with me because they was older at baby groups and such .. and I had anxiety a lot but I would rather been alone with my baby then with a million mates and to not had him :)

If you are doing Baby Led Weaning it is NOT recommended to do baby purées too. This can increase the risk of choking because it confuses them….(swallowing food ((purée)) or chewing food ((table food)) definitely do the research first!
I don't know what your thoughts/plans are, but I encourage you to do some research on extended breastfeeding if you haven't! Even if Amber is eating some solids/pureed foods, many experts are recommending breastfeeding for up to 2 years! 🥰 but definitely only do what's comfortable for you

It confuses me when people say you had kids young, I had my first by 20 and had all 3 kids by 24, 2 years ago and noone ever said I was 'young' to have kids 🤣 I guess maybe it's because your online everyone has an opinion on what you do!! You always get such yummy food btw 🥰❤️xxx
