What is dango? What does it taste of? Curious from Scotland 🏴.
It is pretty yummy and interesting. The inside ball has a glutinous chew, like between very overcooked rice and a Tapioca ball. And the exterior tastes like a brown sugar and soy sauce glaze.
Dango is a Japanese dessert it's rice cake dessert
