These are the types of tracks that are perfect this series. This also convinces me that Nintendo should make a Mario Kart Maker.
@Garo it would hopefully have multiple different styles
and if they made one it would most likely be for super mario kart/super circuit since they are the easiest to make since they can use a 2D tile based system
It would suck cuz they limit how much you can do just like Mario maker

@Garo yeah because the courses are made to have intended shortcuts. Nintendo wants the races to be fair and not have glitches give an advantage. If there was a course maker for mk8 I would guarentee that the lakitu pulls would be 100% customizable. 200cc anti grav would have way crazier short cuts for custom tracks
Damn i wish there was no time limit, really wanted to see yall finish stage 9 and 10. By far the most enjoyable track to watch in the series up to this date

The 9th stage of swimming with lakitu seemed so intriguing, it reminded me of something you’d see in Mario Galaxy. I’m honestly so intrigued as for how that stage plays, and of course, the 10th stage

Level 9 IS INSANELY HARD like it's 180 wall flips across to a higher platform and it can be dizzying n confusing like you really need to know what you are doing on LEVEL 9
I'd say it's twice as hard as Level 5 n 7 at minimum
Level 7 he'd line up a mushroom hit the item box use mushroom at start n get mushrooms to following platforms charge up n make jumps more consistently
Empex did spin drift at 8 like you did
Level 10 isn't too bad it's boosting n hopping with 1.5 x speed on speed ramps not too bad
Fall through open hole without water drop down n u see the lake finish line

I love these puzzle/platformer custom tracks, they remind me of Portal. It would be cool if they added more co-op aspects in future versions
These is my favorite series currently by far! I love seeing the wacky courses and challenges - Nintendo should introduce this officially.

That last track reminded me of boss blitz galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy 2, with the space background, the creepy music, and all the throwback elements

I think it would be cool to see item wars in Mario kart 8 with the new system like do a team race with one team getting only stars and the other getting only golden mushrooms to see which is better. I also think it would be fun as well
Swimming with Lakitu reminded me of Portal with the different rooms and stuff, really cool tracks this video! It would also be awesome if you could do an episode of tracks that are more in the style of the Chamber or Oryx’s Castle where they’re mainly hard bc they’re huge, confusing, and give sensory overload, those were super fun to watch lol

You should do a "Gun Game" of sorts with NMeade or Mayro or any guest! Where you both start with 100% chance of pulling a really powerful item (eg shock or bullet bill), and whoever wins race between the two moves onto the next item down (so guaranteed star for example), then down again (mega/golden) until they get all the way down to Fake Item Box/Blooper, and whoever wins first (between the two players) with the worst items wins the game!
Additional term, more optional: Placing last in any given race means you get setback one item, and placing first means you move TWO items down, to incentivise targeting players outside of your rival :)
I think that'd be really fun to watch, but it could be messy in terms of modding the game like that
(Yes im going to suggest this on every video until it either happens or we're told that it's not happening ♡)
This is a really fun concept, I hope more of these kinds of tracks are made in the future

This is the SCs I was able to recognise on the top of my head:
14:52 dark matter shrine
16:20 warp pipe island (I initially thought of lunar lights tbh, but while checking if the name was right I realised there's not such shortcut in that track)
16:45 abyssal ruins
17:21 I don't have a clue tbh
18:26 idk too (I initially thought of Lava Lake, but it was a totally wrong guess 😅)
The other SCs are more recognisable because of their peculiarities, and they are already given by Troy anyway.
(Keep in mind I did very few CTs online in my entire life, so I already did more than I expected 😅)
17:21 looks like Boshi skatepark I think, and 18:26 is Desert Fort
@@JacBac7 I'm not too sure about boshi skatepark, but the other one is definitely desert fort! I feel unrespectful that I missed desert fort, which is one of my favourite CTs because of that amazing Easter egg area (and that amazing maths quiz was the only time I ever felt good at MKW for a breath moment 🤣)

Ok so I just got some ideas for challenges you could try in the all-blue-shells tourney in 8deluxe3
1. win without throwing any blue shells
2. win without getting targeted by a blue shell
3. complete a race while having 10 coins
4. win without getting hit by a blue shell (like at all)

CTGP is a Mario kart wii mod that adds a lot of community made custom tracks to the game, besides leaving you space to add more unofficial/not supported tracks aswell, custom music, texture mods, etc.

Kaizo is this sort of difficult stage that requires certain techniques and commands for you to beat it
Think of it as an expert/máster difficulty level.
