Great vid as always. Interesting park and looks like a mix of before and after cedar fair purchased paramount parks, haha. You have some licensed attractions along with other sorta generic stuff that is almost recognizable and might have been licensed at one point, haha. Hope the park gets the attention and investment deserves. The backyardigans coaster used to look so much better with the rockwork as the roadrunner/coyote coaster.
Good to see you visit Movie park its not the best park in Germany especially compared to Europa park you vlogged that was amazing but at least you checked it out the boat ride & Van Helsing coaster & area looked good from what we saw , but thanks for showing us around there great vlog as always Andy 👍
This park has a lot of potential but it doesn’t come out on a lot of it. Like you said they should get rid of the slc an replace it with an stc same with bandit tear it down even burn it down and get a good gci. Also that dark ride that’s so awful they had a great one with the gremlins theming but to bad it got removed. They don’t have great licenses for a movie park. The state of a lot of things in the park isn’t good and they don’t have the most friendly employees or best operations. On the other side they have a two great coasters with the Mack Star Trek one and Von Helsing one and a decent one with studio tours. The smaler family coasters aren’t that much or have good theming so they should work on that also. There is a lot to fix for this park and it wil take years. When and if they do all of this they should add a big signature coaster at the finish and than this would be a great park. Their are a lot of better parks within Germany so I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit it at the moment but if it’s on your way when traveling, hop in, ride the better coasters and other rides a few times and move on. It’s indeed a good combination with toverland. They are very close to each other and toverland is a great park absolutely the better one of these two. So I am looking forward to that vlog and a certain opinion you have about a certain coaster in compare with another one😉 thanks for the vlog Andy it was a good and honest one, I like that. To Bad you couldn’t film onride and sneaky of you that you stil tried😂 I would have to.
Hi there !! Tbh I wasn’t expecting much from this park however I do love a movie style theme park, just a shame that most of the rides are not movie themed anymore apart from Star Trek which I believe is the only Star Trek themed ride in the world so that’s unique !! Bandit is so bad and it would be a shame to just rip it down, however it would make an amazing RMC as it’s the same layout as other coasters in the USA as it’s a Cyclone layout ! I think it just needs some upgrades in certain areas of the park and apparently their Halloween event is one of the best in Europe
I visited here about a week after you it seems!. We've definitely different tastes, Time Bandit was so weird and a little violent that I loved it. We did stay for the Screampark after dark, and oh my lord, that place goes from quiet to rammed in a few hours. - scare mazes were pretty poop and so short sadly.
I was going to go after my visit to Toverland as the Star Trek t-shirt I bought didn’t fit me but I lost the receipt and couldn’t be bothered to go back so I went to a German funfair instead
@@Rabbitzz Yeah, it also once had the famous cop car chase, which I never experienced unfortunately. But overall I just feel like the park is meh, compared to most other european parks.
I rode another rcca coaster at terra mitica , benidorm. It's now sbno....shockingly. It also looks amazing. It's set on a hill above the park. It is truly dreadful. Doesn't do anything and so slow. The roughness is incredible...it's the only coaster I've done that hurt and gave me a headache
@@Coaster_Crazy they used to have pre-shows at every major ride. now its just Time Riders, Lost Temple (until it's closure), and sometimes they do it for Star Trek and the Studio Tour, but only on very crowded days when there's enough staff around. I love the park, but this is kinda sad.
Did you know that the time rider was a Batman ride the building is Wayne Manor the history of the park is fascinating it’s a copy of warner bros movie park australia but they changed a lot
at least it's better than the australian movie world lol. the australian park used to be basically the same as the german park in the beginning, but they got rid of ALL their themed rides, and replaced them with boring ass rides. they replaced the gremlins ride with a bobsled coaster, just like movie park germany, but it's not nearly as good as Van Helsing. They also replaced their Batman simulator with a really really cheap looking Justice League dark ride, wich tbh just fucking sucks. They replaced Looney Tunes River Adventure with a kid's go-kart track themed to... well... a tiny version of the park itself, wich is kinda cute, but it's only for small children, so they wasted lots of space for a major ride. their stunt show nowadays is also LEAGUES beneath movie parks, even tho movie park's recent stunt shows weren't nearly as good as they used to be, but still better than the australian counterpart. nowadays, warner bros movie world in australia is basically just like a six flags park. few to none ride theming, great coasters, and bad shows. that's not what movie world should be. i think the german park has managed to keep this essence a little bit more than it's australian sister park. I have to admit tho, that the australian park does way better at huge coasters. but i prefer the themed rides anyway. when i wanna ride some geat coasters, i just go to phantasialand, wich is near movie park as well. movie park still has some great themed rides like Van Helsing, Excalibur, Studio Tour, Time Riders (even tho the ride kinda sucks), Lost Temple (wich will probably be rethemed to Tomb Raider), and Area 51. but i do agree that, back in the day, Warner Bros. Movie World, both australia and germany, used to be world class. the gremlins ride scared the shit out of me back in the day.
I went to movie park Germany and the staff were so horrible and rude and the park hasn't got any stand out coasters either not a park I would go back to in a hurry unfortunately.

Apparently that naff dark ride I did used to be Batman themed but I had no idea at the time
Nice one Andy , live long and prosper 👽
Indeed lol
Brilliant vlog mate
Thanks 👍
Awesome vlog Andy,

That star treck t shirt looked nice thanks for vlog
Shame it didn’t fit me lol should have got a bigger size

10:09 “you are from The Netherlands” whut?😂😂
Haha 😛 nah from England
Do one lol :) Great Vlog Bro Respect :)
Thanks ☺️
I have been in von helsink and it’s great.the bandit is like falling down the stairs.
did you do exacalibur secrets of the dark forest or did you missed that ?? imo one of the best boat themed rides they have👌👌
It was raining when I got near it so I didn’t bother doing it
bandit is indeed bad😬 i agree with you 100% they need to tlc that thing or just remove it
glad you liked my home park. usually not really proud of it, lol
It's got a few good rides, area 51 and Excalibur were hidden gems imo, not usually a fan of water rides but those were class.
@@Rabbitzz Yeah, it also once had the famous cop car chase, which I never experienced unfortunately. But overall I just feel like the park is meh, compared to most other european parks.
It was ok, I wouldn’t rush back however I did enjoy my visit especially going on Star Trek which is awesome
Hi there coaster crazy how you doing 😊 l just wanted to tell you did you hear about flambards theme park down in Cornwall
Yeah I did and it’s very sad news as we only visited once
I rode another rcca coaster at terra mitica , benidorm. It's now sbno....shockingly.

I’m surprised that Magnus Colossus is still standing as it’s been SBNO since 2016
No more pre show then?
For what ride ??
They used to batch you into the enterprise for a pre show.
Oh really !? Obviously don’t use it now then or just when the park is quiet
I'm sure they can't make you delete footage?
They can as it’s not allowed unless with permission lol ride op spotted my camera and told me to delete the footage as I got off the train lol
Star Trek is a decent coaster but not the best modern Mack.
Such a weird park, some of it is nice and modern, and other areas look very run down. Odd.
Yeah I totally agree with you about the park, it was clean and tidy tho which was nice !! I loved Star Trek, right up my street
@ Knew you’d love that, you just need a Star Wars coaster somewhere now mate 🤓
Yeah that would be incredible, there was ideas floating around years ago to do a coaster based on Endor around the Speeder Bike chase
You can get free Beer or Wine in that buffet
Oh wow I didn’t know that
Did you know that the time rider was a Batman ride the building is Wayne Manor the history of the park is fascinating it’s a copy of warner bros movie park australia but they changed a lot
Yeah I read up on that one, shame they changed it as it was bloody awful, I know Van Helsin’s Factory was a Gremlins dark ride

I thought the staff were ok but it definitely needs another big coaster like an RMC or Launched Intamin
