All the money in the world can't be compared to the intended fruits of the gospel. As for tithing I've seen the Church sustain and support individuals who weren't even members, I've had neighbors who weren't even members who were getting more help and succor from the Church. If we were in need everything that was made available to them we had access to via a simple visit with the bishop. Laundry detergent food etc.. some of which was even made by the Church. None of this would be possible without tithing. Maintaining meetinghouses supporting those in need around the world missionary programs etc.. And a personal desire to do missionary work born from above is PRICELESS.
