Thank you very much for making this video. I just acquired a 1974 Irwin 28 Mk III. Mine is not in as good condition as yours. This video gives me ideas on what to do to fix it up. Great Job!
@@martyb3783 good luck with everything if you have an Instagram page and keep updating it that would be neat. I have one but I also I have been neglecting my boat. I got to get it going again this summer it’s in the water. I’ve owned it for six years and
@@Jay19thave Thanks man. I don't really do social media but will figure out a way to get some pictures to you as I go. I currently have the engine out of it and will be pulling the fuel tank out tomorrow for cleanout/replacemet. I plan on rewiring it completely. I LOVE the lights that you have o your spreaders. Great idea! Also the previous owner fitted a steering wheel on the rudder. It needs repair. The good news is that he hauled it out a couple of years ago and replaced all of the through hulls. So.. The bones are good but needs allot of little things. Thanks for the interest.
Pretty cool. That boat is in excellent shape it's impressive. What I also found super impressive was there's snow on that boat! And you guys are in it! Not always easy to find hard core people but that definitely got my respect.
Great tour, looking sharp. Im looking at one, 1976 needs work but seems solid. Has pedestal wheel and the retractable centerboard. Id prefer tiller, could probably modify it, shallow draft looks real good. Watched your sailing vids, looks like a lot of fun. Any complaints?
I’ve had it on the market now for sale and it seems like nobody wants to spend money. I’m only asking 2500. It’s on craigslist crazy I got a great Outboard and an in board that’s not installed.
