As for gas, I did 22k km this year with the car, average consumption somewhere around 14L, that would come to around 4800 EUR per year. Total cost then around 10.500 EUR (but with 22k km driven which is a fair bit).

30L/100km is way too much... Maybe 2l diesel with 5/100 not a bad choice after all
