In the beginning Saber Lily was just a different skin for Vanilla Saber in _Fate/Unlimited Codes,_ and everyone liked her design enough for Type-Moon to include her as a character in _Fate/Grand Order._ She represents a young Altria Pendragon, back when Altria had just pulled the sword Caliburn from the stone, but before she actually became "king" of Britain. She's supposed to be very youthful, energetic, and adorable, to contrast her from the mature, embittered veteran knight that is Vanilla Saber. So one could argue that she's the exact _opposite_ of an "over-sexualized" variant of Altria Pendragon. Anyway, good review!
