did you ever repair her? i saw the video of u opening her up. sometimes you really need to rub the q tip on the contacts and even twist the q tip too. some battery corrosion doesn’t fizz with the vinegar while some does. some corrosion is just more difficult to get off. after they are clean, the contacts will probably be discolored (to a dark grey color) but you should get the contacts looking slightly shiny again and not crusty looking. when they are shiny, that’s when the batteries will be able to make good contact with the electronics

Hi so i actyally have this doll (her name is zoe) but when i got her her battery oack was so rusty that some springs broke bcuz her previous owner left batteries there the day i got her i cleaned the compartment wirh vinegar (as usual) then i decided to take some tin foil on places that has broken springs and a bit rusted parts after i attempted that i turned her on and she start to work

You can out tin foil on rusted place after cleanşng some rust out of there it can make it work (also mines tube is also broken bcuz she leaks out of her battery compartment)
