Beautifull lens. Very clear and result the color is perfecto. I hace the versión 40mm f1.8 i'm lovers. Very compact. Thanks for you video. Good photograpies
Thank you for this second vintage lens review Nats. I find it super interesting that for this one you really like it as a video prime lens but perhaps less for photo in lighter settings. I guess it’s interesting to see how each lens is better in different settings and it’s great to know which one you should / can use in which setting. This is not to take away from some of the beautiful photos in here though, love the baby in B&W, seconded by the giraffe one ☝️
I enjoyed your video. I just purchased a Konica Hexanon 52mm f1.8 for my Fujifilm X-e3 camera. I have never used the Konica brand and am excited to do so.
I have various adaptors for different lens types. I have the deets in my description I think. If I’m not mistaken I use the URTH for this particular setup you see in the video.
Minimum focus distance is 1.2 feet :)

That sounds like a cool focal length. haven't shot 40mm as a prime yet :) Thank you for your input :)

The more lenses I'm experimenting with, the easier it's becoming to pick up on what they are best for. And it goes way beyond the focal length.
Lovely. Welcome to club Hexanon. It's both sharp and dreamy here.
Thank you! Yes, a great lens :)
I love how you blend old-school tech with new-school tech, very cool.
At first it was intimidating, but now it's fun.

Happy New Year Natalie
Happy New year to you, Ken!
Great voice! I have 2 of these lenses, thinking about adapting it to the fujifilm X series
Awesome :) Let us know how you like them adapted to your Fuji!
Great vid Natalie! I love the Konica Hexanon Lenses. Amazing quality for little money. Like you say, great for video. Just subbed 🤟🏻😁
Thanks James. This is one of my favourite lenses for video, indeed! Thank you for subbing! I will be back to posting again in the next few weeks xx
Hello. The best Konica Hexanon AR normal lens is the 50/1.7, and followed with the 40/1.8. Hello?
I wouldn’t know as I haven’t used them myself.
Great video Natalie! My first vintage lens was a konica hexanon!
I've used them on my fujifilm.
Super cool video!
Awesome! Do you have the same one or the newer version? It's a surprisingly rad lens, right?
