Taking Action

Getting the gloves on and taking matters in my own hands gave me confidence. I felt a necessity to get back some sort of control over my well being in what felt like an out of control situation. Doctors are marvellous however, rather than leaving my fate in the hands of doctors alone I needed to get a bit of a Team Kaz together to support the mind, body and soul. I've always been a spiritual person not necessarily in the Christian way, each to their own of course but mainly just believing in karma etc and do unto others as you would have done unto you. Just be kind all the time!
