Simon, in July 2018 Rolling Stone reported that worldwide, ABBA is the #7 selling act. They have not released an album since 1979 nor performed on a stage of any kind together (concert, TV show, etc) since 1982. Their sales have been increasing over the past 15 years. Mostly outside the USA, attributed to increases in sales in Europe AND ASIA AND AFRICA. So, ABBA is one of the world's top selling acts. In 2017 they sold the equivalent of 15 million albums................this year that number is expected to be higher. Their lowest point for sales after their breakup (after 1982) was in the 1990's but then sales began to pick up when ABBA: GOLD was released. Then came Mama Mia the play, the movies, etc................which caused the beginning of the sales increase upward trend that began almost 15 years ago. This is incredible, and when you compare to the Beatles, ABBA did all this in 10 years, it makes it even more incredible. ABBA just passed Michael Jackson in worldwide all time sales in 2017..............they also passed Elvis...............now they are only behind the Beatles in sales...............ABBA is the #2 best selling musical act of all time.....................for right now. I think they will conquer #1 in a few years. I think ABBA will TOP the Beatles. Ive been to Kathmandu, Nairobi, Kingston, Buenos Aires, Zagreb, Berlin, Moscow, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Riyadh. You know what they all have in common? Every one of those cities, they love ABBA. They love ABBA in countries that are not even christian nations.
Always loved these fun songs ABBA did, just like why did it have to be me and does your mother know. Really just gives you goosebumps and good vibes listening to them.

ABBA with The Mamas and the Papas the two sacred monsters of the vocal groups, the harmony of several voices singing in unison and reaching the soul. long life ABBA !!
IMO this song doesn't get the credit it deserves. I know it's nowhere near as sophisticated as their later songs, but it does have that bright, ringing harmony that Agnetha and Anni-Frid brought to every ABBA song.
Happiness...you can hear..Abba...more than 50 years I've been listening every day... remembering of my childhood when I was a school boy.
"Which Abba song is your favorite?"

In 10 days this song / album will celebrate its golden anniversary 🎉❤. 50 years ABBA - still sounds great.
The girls look so young here, Agnetha is simply stunning.
Yes she is❤
That is because they are young here. This is 50 yrs ago.
Que carisma tiene ABBA, definitivamente dioses musicales
So nobody's going to talk about how cute their little choreography is?🤧
Some journalist once called the choreographies of Agnetha and Frida a form of "extravagant walking". He forgot to add: "very cute" extravagant walking.
well i'd bang Frida into next wheeeek
@@bubbelhubbel6084 u sure he said walking!
for real! like when they shake their head on the ”the need in me” I just love them
Awwwhhhhhh ...
Amazing ! Beautiful ! Bold ! Astonishing ! ABBA !!! Forever !!!
ABBA - greatest pop band ever!
ABBA are legends in the 90's people put them down they came out in 1972 it's 2017 45 years later people are still buying and listening to their music ABBA music will be around for a very long time it won't surprise me if in 2072 people will still be listening to ABBA .
2072?Yes,I'll still be listening-and loving.
8/7/2018 Bs. As. argentina.

People might knock them, but they've had 2 profitable movies as well as one of the most popular Broadway shows. Not many can make that claim.
Always loved these fun songs ABBA did, just like why did it have to be me and does your mother know. Really just gives you goosebumps and good vibes listening to them.
Agnetha has such an amazing smile.
Mesmerized by her good looks.
Wished I lived during their time of popularity. Would have enjoyed seeing the ladies on stage.
La mejor música de los años 80 los ABBA, lindas lás dos mujeres, felicidades princesas 👸
There are so many ABBA songs that I never heard before, it seems impossible, but I never heard Our Last Summer (gorgeous!) nor this one! I am falling in love with ABBA all over again forty years after I first heard their songs in the radio while in boarding school! Long live ABBA! 💋💋💋❤❤❤

I have always been a Fridafan, but I have to say Agetha really was the standout beauty in this one.
@@mediamike693 I would reluctantly have to agree.
No as they got older Frida became more and more sexy, sadly Anna starts losing her pizazz about 1980, check out the clips from Super Trouper album and no haters thanks
Media Mike no way, they were opposites, imagine two Anna’s or two Friday’s, that was the magic, Frida more than held her own
No way Frida hands down
