The song is not about cookie. She mixed 2 songs roxana means everyday and sunn Rahi hai means are you listening which are both love songs . Singing in India is at a different level and many Indians are just naturally talented in singing.
FYI... Any Indian classical Singer CAN SING Anything you throw at them, that's the level of training they have.

This song is a "mixtape" of two different movie playback sings named 1. Sun Raha Hai Na and 2. Rozaana. The two songs having different tempo originally give a special fusion feel when adjusted and mixed together into one single.
