This was filmed earlier in the year in Canada. Part of me wonders if the concept was to kill off the Sick Boi and the dawn of the Slaughterhouse. I don’t think at that point in time he was expecting his health to decline again. He was lucky not to be blinded during the filming of it too.

I watched the Twitch stream too, it made my heart hurt when he was saying he may not ever be well enough to tour. He deserves so much bless him. On a positive note it was great to see him feeling a bit brighter and trying new things like the hyperbaric oxygen, infrared sauna and Methylene Blue. It was also great to hear he’s able to add rice to his super restricted diet. What a bonus. Things we would take for granted. I really hope and pray something helps him. ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

Yeah, this was a very busy fun one. Ren has issues with his weight. He’s so limited on what he can eat. He did announce on his stream that he can eat rice now. It’s actually a big deal because he can have rice cakes for a snack. It used to be a choice of raw cucumber or celery. I just wish we could get him healthy. This was an excellent time, Chief. The wordplay wizard went off on this one! And he went a little dark too 🖤 Also while the song was written and the video filmed before his recent health dive, it certainly adds a layer to the experience of this track. Luckily he seems to have gotten through the worst of it as he’s back showing his face on instagram and even did that twitch stream after the premiere. There were some very emotional moments, but also hopeful ones. Our sick boi can eat rice now!

Johnson the slaughterhouse bunny is epic!! great reaction as always dude! the twitch stream he did after the premiere was great, he did get a bit emotional about his struggles in recent weeks and how it will hold him back from doing more concerts. But he seems focussed to cure himself (as to me at least the doctors appear to be letting him down), i think we got to continue to support what he IS able to do and not put any undue pressure on him. Maybe he jumped back into things a bit fast after his canada treatment, nobody can blame him for that though, he is a good human that wanted to give back to everyone who has supported since hi ren blew up (and before), plus also doing what he LOVES! lets all hope he can keep that light dark pendulum swings a bit more balanced!

We studied how lighting, music, play on shadows, etc all affected the mood and message that they were trying to convey through the video medium. Since then I see so many details that I had been missing before I took the course.
