- Based on what we know, Donald Trump's diet is very unhealthy. Some of his favorites include fast food, red meat, and candy. In addition to that, he told Dr. Oz that he doesn't get a lot of exercise either.
For someone who continues to take shots at his opponent's health, Trump might want to reexamine his own nutrition choices.

From what I saw from old interviews before people became so anti-trump when he announced he'd run under the Republican party the reason he eats fast-food and enjoys it is to show that his habits aren't too different compared to the middle class. Yea, the man's rich and could be eating like a king, but he tries to show a little humility hear.
