Yes, but only if you took a "snapshot". The snapshot before you started modifying the config. One could also remove of pfblockerng completely and reinstall it. Those are a couple of ideas, good luck!

Does it block other things as well? Does some traffic that you want able to make it through?
this mathod is not working
You do need to watch for versioning of pfsense and also versioning of pfBlocker. Typically this is where things start not working. Hope that helps :)
