Nhasi zvarwadza you had to say it in Shona because hmm you had to properly express yourself. I am with you on that one, l had a sleepless night thinking about it, thinking what needs doing and the money and what to prioritise. I don’t remember the last time l went on holiday. Phone calls from home are about cement and bricks and all that, hapasisina kubvunzana hupenyu. I am at a stage where l don’t know which one to start with, it’s so hard. I get you on this one.
Hi dear sister, thank you so much for the time you spare for us.God has made it possible for you in a lot of things,it is him who is directing your decisions. It is wise to involve Dad for some other errands if necessary
kkkkkkkkk haaaa Rodah dont ask, after roofing you think you are onto finishings and thats precisely when you starting. Been finishing for about a year now and I am nowhere close to pedzisa. Haaaa ini ndirikungopinda yakadaro ini
When it comes to extra resources demanded by the contractor on top of what you agreed on, I think it’s a widespread issue when it comes to these builders back home. You ask for bill of quantity and most of them quote you very little so as to win the project. So they start the construction and in the middle of it they now call for more money. I think these contractors need to not lie about the real or approximate cost of the whole project. Otherwise when you think you’ve budgeted enough, you actually have more money to milk out. That can cause a lot of stress.
Thank you for the encouragement 🙏.
