I’m an American, so when this movie first came out… it was kind of the perfect timing. But I’m also Jewish, and I’ve got family in Israel. My sister was there on 10/7 (she’s safe now. BH, she was in a shelter for hours and was completely unaware of what happened). I’m not sure what the general consensus on the movie is in Israel but I imagine that it was very healing for a lot of the younger people. We’ve had a rough year and a half, but I believe we’ll get through this together. ❤
IT'S INCREDIBLE IN HEBREW!!! Shiri needs to play Elphaba on stage and they need to launch an ISRAEL COMPANY of WICKED. The same staging as Broadway or at least do a World Tour with the show landing in Tel Aviv!!!

שירי ואלונה מוכשרות בטירוף, אבל אני לא מת על התרגום. אני מבין שהם היו צריכים להתאים אותו לדיבוב ולתנועות השפתיים המקוריות, אבל לפחות בשיר הזה התרגום לא ממש עובד.
