- Two Hot Wheels Diorama Sets dropping recently, both themed with iconic brands - GReddy and BRE. Showing both but diving into BRE, and it always gives my a chance to bring out the grail, the Yot.

My first car was a 510 sedan. MOM & Dad bought it new in '70, and I got it yrs later. Unfortunately, I only had it a couple years, before body rot took it's toll. Prior to that, it embarassed it's fair share of unsuspecting "muscle car" opponents light to light. Light, quick and agile, the 510 deserves its reputation.
In any case, I hope the BRE set is available on RLC/Creative, Jcar, Entertainment Earth, etc., If not, I'll have to go without, because I doubt I'll ever see it on the shelf at MY area Walmarts, and the auction site prices will be rediculous.
That BRE diorama looks awesome! Just bought the Greddy today :)

For some reason my stores order a hundred of jay leno sets but stuff like this that would actually move they never bother with

Nah they will make a ton of them at first yes but give it a month after the hype just like anything else always a repeat

I like the greddy but i love the Sakura spinter and those three is fantastic the art was really detailed

Greddy set takes the cake. Bought mine end of last month. Though I am pissed why the gt86 has no side mirrors.
I feel like hotwheels did jay leno dirty they gave him some ok casting for the diorama set. I also feel like jay leno was a bit upset i see him picking completely different cars from what hot wheels gave him
That pack with the TankCar Ford GT & GT350 was very disappointing, but I liked the McLaren, Mercedes 300sl & Countach set...
Agree they could've picked out a few from his collection that they already have castings for, like the Acura NSXs or Lamborghini Miura, but their choices seemed a bit odd..

All the colors' pixels are awesome, yes. I was able to individually critique them.
Track Day has warmed shelves far more than the Leno around the midwest. Greddy just hit, but were mangled at my WM. Hoping BRE isn't far off...

Yea out of so many cars Leno has. We all know why it doesn’t sell. On the other hand the 2 new sets are for sure gonna sell. I was shocked to find the Greddy box sets at one local Walmart for $10 each. I got super lucky. They were probably reduced prices for the Leno sets to sell who knows. And the BRE set. Literally has no weak links. Agreed the back of the 620 could’ve been better. 👍🏽

I’m actually selling my 15 BRZ Manual , great fun car . Real fun hobby car , not a lot of people know how to drive manual 😂 . I need HotWheels to make a Black 16 STI , PLEASE!!!!

My local Walmart still has plenty of the Jay Leno Garage box sets and a few of the Rally box set (already got 3 of the Rally and 2 of the Jay Leno Garage box sets, don't need 10 or 15 more of the sets I already have so my Walmarts will get newer box sets)
I think I'd want the BRE set more if it had the number 46 Datsun 510 Bluebird which, yes, has already been released twice by Mattel at retail, however, I missed it both times, in Vintage Racing 2011 and in the two-pack from last year so, considering that the panorama boxes sit on the shelf at Walmart a lot longer than most non-Mandalorian premiums sit on pegs, it would be my best chance to get a Hot Wheels BRE #46 510 without having to pay scalper prices.
(I do actually have a #46 BRE Datsun 510 but it's from Greenlight.)

The track in the background of the bre diorama looks like willow springs
3:15 The print matrix is giving me a wink, even from a great distance. Furthermore, the same color looks glaringly different on two materials.

Have all except the two RLC’s and the Yot.
The one thing that bothers me about the 510.
Most, sit tilted in the back, due to uneven riveting.
Left rear tire is lifted while right rear is closer the body. Look at the chassis underneath and you’ll see it’s uneven.
Drives me nuts when I see that.

RLC 240z and 510 with NEOS are the best. NEOs are the true Hotwheels and will always be. The others with real riders are just Matchbox cars. 😋
The different colored BRE liveries are cool but I think I would've preferred the cars to have the classic BRE colors - especially the wagon. But it's still a great selection of cars.
Oh god... there goes my money again.
The porsche set isn't a peg warmer because people don't like it they must have made tons of them. The stores I see with it have 10 to 12 on the shelves.
Greddy set looks awesome, but i'm down for the premium version of the Nissan Maxima
I only wanted the 240z so I ripped it out of the box at a Walmart.
I luckily found the greddy one in Walmart last week
For anyone curious, GReddy is a combination of the words "Great" and "Eddy". They weren't able to use their original name (Trust) in the States due to someone else already having the copyright.
Cant wait for these to just stack up in my Walmart because 1st of all: hella expensive. 2nd of all: they keep adding cars to 3 packs that literally nobody wants.
I'm loving these diorama sets. But I want them to make one with a Corvette so bad. I think a C6R, C7R and C8R set would be so killer. Or even an older one with a C1, C2 Zora car and C3 road race car.
Both diorama sets are great, but I’d probably go with the Bre one over GReddy. Only because I’m not a huge fan of the Pandem Brz casting. though it’s paint does look great.
WHY the tampos are kind of blurry on prenium cars
Wondering if the 510 saloon might a casting that gets a retooling (like the Nissan Hakosuka Skyline) as its the 510 Wagon that's seen a lot of releases instead....
Hey Lamely when is hotwheel going to release The Black 1971 stingray corvette convertible from Rush Hour for Chris tucker and Jackie Chan ? The corvette is already in out in white n blue why not black. Have it as Rush Hour collector! I know you have some pull.

I m not into collecting, my place is too small
but I have different cars - brands
a hot wheels track with dif accessories,
I 'drop' a few cars a couple of times in a year
I like long slow drops, bumps, and set that cars return
my cars are parked in a lighted glassed desk
they only have one shelf, and now it s full
so I m building a garage, 2 levels, to have more cars,
and see them better
I m used to good looking cars, but I d like trucks that scale
this truck is good, or a small semi
I ll check these kits, but I don t want to pay a fortune
just 2 trucks, perhaps related to car service?
that would complete my deco well
I d like to see a hotwheels semi track, ha, ha.
at 1/64, the tracks would need to be larger
maybe try smaller that fits the current standard first
and move on to bigger things later.

A hair dryer applying just enough heat will straighten any bent plastic parts on hot wheels cars.
Missing a 240z rlc at a minimum , feel like there's 2 missing

I got the Porsche set for £14 that's a £10 reduction in Smyth's toy shop so it is a poor seller
