I hate when the guy is so dumb - she lied about not having an affair and then she admits to having great sex and loves his big tool and this guy stays with her . I wouldn't want to be anywhere near her and sure would not want to hear her fabricated stories ... LoL !!!

Can we just stop with the nonsense that 49-year-old person looks as good as they did on the day they got married at 20. For the love of God knock it off we all know it's not true

Why would Ed ever be friends with her again…?

    • @noelmac8163

I don't think some people understand what the term "friend" means...I think part of the definition includes trust, loyalty, commitment, self sacrificing, loving or caring for the other person just as much. as one cares for theirself....And I don't believe the cheating ex meets any of those adjectives...

@@noelmac8163yeah I agree, people throw the word "friend" around so much that it's devalued. To me, if you're my friend, you're in my inner circle, which requires a level of trust, loyalty, and admiration.

This stories hurt the most. Lying to the husband and keeping the affair going.
    Alao, Pregnancy scare at 49?

The epilogue at the end from the wife's perspective served no purpose. It was merely a restating of everything already in the story, with no new information, just told in first person. And the main part of the story was unsatisfying. He was willing to take her back, and only stopped after finding out she lied about when the affair started, how long it went on, and how she kept trying to go back to her AP? What a simp! Forgiveness is one thing, but trust has to be earned, and once shattered, ought to have a near-impossible high bar before it can be restored, if ever. His willingness to grant it to her again probably had something to do with how easily she was able to violate it in the first place. He's too trusting, needy and weak. Flush the cheater. Life's too short. A lesson someone in his position ought to know all too well.

it was good in the sense of how people delude themselves into following a false path. The WW ignored logic, data, and her husbands warnings - She followed her feelings and the stuff between her legs and it cost her. . .everything. So there in lies the lesson for us. look at data, use logical thinking, and for gods sake - think with that thing between your ears - not that thing below the waist.

After the 1990 debacle between Supreme Court nominee and his former employee Anita Hill it is difficult to believe that situations like this still occur in the workplace especially in high level work environments...This could result in a multi million dollar settlement and time spent in jail..

It still happened. It would always happen.
The issue is....the women were given tools to bring down the banhammer on such men. But they didn't use it, n that make it worse.
There's a two panel comic about it.
Ordinary guy to female coworker; hey, looking good today.
      Female; eewww this is SH.
Good looking guy; hey, looking good today
      Female; blush, aawww so sweet.
