It doesn't tell you in the description of the perk, but Scarface only applies to Gangleader Notables, where as White Lies applies to everyone.
Dirty Fighting Governor perk is +2 food per day during a siege.
Rogue Extraordinaire does give 1% per level over 200. But the effect is not the same as the Skill Effect, I think I should make a video, to explain it. I'll add it to the list.

Another interesting video, I don't generally play the criminal side of life in BL but i do like Sea bandits in my early army. Cool Vikings with great equipment. I never raid villages - I don't steal from hard working farmers , friendly or foe. Although in the future I would like to try a scenario as a Bandit King, running my own hidden hideout.

I don't either, just use it for more loot

I will say the Roguery tree is probably the most thematically focused of all the trees, and some other skill trees could probably stand to benefit from a bit more thematic focus in this way. That being said, because of this reason, I find it almost entirely useless on any of my playthroughs and almost never invest any Focus Points into it. A couple of the perks seem moderately useful but the rest are also gained through other trees, or are a luxury, unless you're playing a very specific way.
The idea of more battle loot sounds cool on paper, but by the late stages of the game, when you're likely to have a high level in the skill, you're already getting more loot than you can ever sell, or even carry. Every semi-large battle gives you a veritable town's worth of stuff. To the point you just have to leave it where it is. So the main point of it is, for me at least, functionally redundant. Even in the early game... load up on archers and break in to auto-resolve defend some sieges as a merc... you'll get more loot and money than you know what to do with.

Smuggler connection is amazing for prison breaks, which is one of the best ways to level roguery. I usually get 10-12 points per prison break. Plus the relation boost is always nice.
Capture noble, drop off at a castle you have decent relationship with, leave kingdom (Merc), break out noble. Rinse and repeat.

With exception of two faced perk that allows you to enter towns and most importantly recruit bandit prisoners at no morale loss. Whole tree is useless thankfully you can get that perk at the begining.

With leadership and veterans respect (?) Khan's guard and fian champions are fun to recruit from steppe and forest bandits. Going a high cunning build is very very profitable.
I am finding way more , but also higher quality items from just having a higher cunning than 2.
Your next khuzait playthrough should be full cunning. It is beyond hilarious.

But the only way to recruit bandits from kuzahit's lands is riding hideouts, those bstards have ridiculous speed and they can only be captured if they have 20+ members.
And finding good items have high relation with IA money. If they are poor all stuff will be normal or less.
I found legendary items in towns and clan leaders who are rich or more.

@@FakiuChairo it's not just steppe bandits that way. If you are playing with cav army they are easy enough to catch or have come to you.
The higher cunning straight adds to what you find. Not whatever you are talking about about? Yes it probably has something to do with it. But I have never gotten legendary items from looters, MULTIPLE TIMES with 2 cunning, but you do with 7+

It's hard to aim kicks but it's very handy in seiging or defending a city.

The good way if you want to become rich without abusing of smithing, I'm only use smithing to have legendary weapons and give weapons to poor clans to see if they can do something.
