- Instagram's new announce multiple link in bio worldwide. Many people are saying this is the end of link in bio tools like linktree etc. But I have a feeling they may survive.

Prior to this, I just had a custom webpage that looked like Linktree. Downside is that you either have to know some html or css or hire a developer if you don’t.
Link in Bio is more organized and simple to view…. Confusing tasks causes most people to tune out & leave.
This is the first time I heard about this, thanks!
Edit: I'm still not seeing it on my account. I have a business account. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it's not showing up for me. I just got my one link and then "add facebook link" option.

I'm so relieved.. wasn't a fan of Linktree (nothing personal against them)
lintree is still the best looking link in bio
but it doesn't have a free analyzing tool

They actually just killed services like link tree
I built my own linktree becuase it sucks on my own domain. But yeah... I prefer just having my own domain right there and a singular CTA.
I've always wondered why people didn't just do this and I never heard of anyone even mentioning this, but it seems so obvious. I've never used a linktree type service so maybe there's value even if you are capable of making your own site but I'm with you - I don't see how it's really any different and the bonus is on your own site, you don't have that extra monthly subscription. But I'd love to learn why more people aren't talking about building their own.

Typical Zuck moves. Runs a successful startup, the community builds an ecosystem around it, rather than for Zuck to co-exist and grow with them, he feels threatened and destroys them. If he's not copying a competitor, he's trampling on his eco players. Anyways I've been using Wizlink and will keep it.
