In this interview, I think you can see how the atmosphere was in the band that year. They all look a little uncomfortable, do not really agree with each other in the answers, they look tired and overworked. And I do not think they are because they suddenly started disliking each other, but the work became more like a job than it was before. They had clear restrictions on how they would behave, look, etc. I do not think they agreed with each other in how the work was done and in the end it became too much, Zayn left, the others could hold it together for about 1 more year before they split. I never think they disliked each other because you can clearly see in other interviews that they were real friends. But here the work around them started to get a lot and then it went downhill ..
They travel, and are a part of a team of about 150 people I think. Stylists, hair/make-up folks, managers, band members, media specialists, groomers, legal team, stage designers..... 1D are the ultimate professionals, and the team keeps them as content and healthy as possible. It's an amazing machine and their fans are the best I've ever seen.

His songs dusk till dawn, I don’t wanna live forever and a whole new world charted high on the charts and got millions and billions of views and streams on UA-cam and Spotify. If you ask anyone which is the first person that pops in their head when they hear the name Zayn, most people would think of the only famous Zayn.
I normally would agree with you because he is human too and he is not perfect. But if I thinks to the people who pay to see him my reply is no. He can be grumpy as he wants at his home; people spend a lot to watch him talking; so if he would respect them he would hide his boreness (is boreness a word?) and try to be respectful

I have to keep skipping parts of this interview bc some of the questions being asked make me feel like they're uncomfortable and I don't like feeling awkwardness. Is that just me? I always feel so awkward and anxious with interviews sometimes. And the audience isn't helping with that.
NGL I find that Niall likes attention, and i'm not saying that in a bad way. He's like a little kid, and they love attention and like to know they're being heard. I love how Zayn, Liam, Harry and Louis are patient with him and let him talk, it's sweet
Well, the same applies to Harry, and they also have to be patient with him and his slow talking. You could see Liam a couple of times when H was rabbiting on, because it takes a lot of concentration to understand him
actually, i feel like Niall is one of them who doesn't mind just sitting back and letting others talk, In this interview he was just laid back and kind of DIDN'T want attention and there are so many where he is just silent throughout the interviews. I feel like this really depends on the interview you are talking about, like so many of them Louis is absolutely chaotic, even Liam and Harry some times. I think Zayn is the only one who doesn't want to be the center of attention EVER
