A fun anger release technique I used. I collected a bunch of liquor bottles. My father was a raging alcoholic, so when I was working on my issues with him. I went to the dump with crates of liquor bottles and just threw and smashed in thought of all the things I was angry at. Stop smashing those things for so much fun. Hopefully this can help somebody
