I think that the Premier League Main fan base thinks that all of the other leagues have worse players because the prem "Isn't a farmer's league" but then Man City, man Utd and Liverpool have all been farmer's in the league. Lewandowski was amazing in Bayern Munich, but he was robbed of the Ballondor, and he was in the wrong era, the era of Ronaldo and Messi. If he was in a different time, he would at least have 1 Ballondor, and probably stay in Bayern for longer.

"in the end, it's just the goals that count..." Yeah, if you're ten years old, American or a Ronaldo fanboy; the rest of us realise that scoring a tap-in in the 90th minute after stinking up the place for 89 minutes doesn't mean you had a good game.
My favorite is when a striker hasn't scored in several league games, and the commentators talk about him as if he's in terrible form despite him playing great and scoring a hattrick in the CL three days earlier...😄
