Here is a scary story that happened to my mother. Before my older sister even existed (she was the first child, I’m the second), she was sitting in front of a mirror while brushing her hair. That same night, my dad was out with his friends. While my mom was brushing her hair, she saw my dad come home. My mom said “hello?” But he didn’t respond and left. An hour or two later, my dad comes back home and my was confused on why he left without saying anything. My dad then responded with “i never came home.” My mom kept on telling him that he did come home. On the other hand, my dad was trying to convince my mom that he didn’t come home. My dad then thought that whatever that ‘bad spirit’ was, left because my aunt was praying.
That sleeping position is the best position to get sleep paralysis im just saying 😊 I experienced sleep paralysis almost every time i sleep in a new place I've never slept in, my tips is you put your bed up and make it stand on the wall if the bed has never been used for weeks/months/years. clean it up and dont let any area surrounding you when you sleep on the bed left empty, fill it up with pillow or anything and dont forget to pray before sleep.

Also, remember to knock before you enter a hotel room every time. It's like getting permission from the "resident" there so they don't disturb you.
