Alot of personalized style/decor and modge podge ( lack of flow and working together materials used, scale of furnishings) of the home one would have get pass to see the potential then decide if because of some of personalizing of walls, floor etc. made in expensive material would want to spend the money not to mention the landscaping and architecture needs some work and cleaning, some parts replaced!
