Soft & Fudgy Chocolate Chip Cookies：Valentin's day wrapping

- These chocolate cookies are easily made with melted butter.
The butter and condensed milk make them moist and fluffy.
▷Ingredients (for 6 cookies)
1 whole egg
60 g unsalted butter
40 g sweetened condensed milk
50 g sugar
Pinch of salt
140 g rice flour (or cake flour)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
100 g chocolate
30 g walnuts (optional)
▷How to make
1. Chop the sweet chocolate into desired size.
2. Melt the unsalted butter.
3. Beat whole eggs with melted butter and sweetened condensed milk.
4. Add sugar and salt.
Add rice flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add chopped sweet chocolate.
6. Divide the mixture into portions of about 68g each. Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 12 to 15 minutes.

hey Im just wondering if you used white or brown sugar because I don't have brown sugar and it only says sugar in the video
@@lollgdjhgrey5775 I have made this recipe a few times now - twice using brown sugar, twice using white sugar. Both work fine and the cookies are delicious either way.

i would like to suggest you hidamari san to try a new recipe. it's called choco jar. choco crunch coated with melted chocolate & then put it inside a jar. ready to eat whenever you want. very simple but sometimes chocolate became harder & frozen something like that. i don't know why it happen. maybe the chocolate not suitable for the dessert. i hope you will try it hidamari san. have a nice day 🤗🌻🌼

@@sakusora01 👋 holaa, porque al principio usé 280grs pero la mezcla me había quedado más líquida así que agregué 40grs más y me quedó con perfecta consistencia. Estoy suponiendo que los huevos que yo utilicé eran un poco más grandes y por eso me quedó un poco más líquida al principio. 😋

If you look at the chocolate it says meiji and I search it up and it's a brand of chocolate. You can search "meiji chocolate" and it will come out different types of the same brand. Hope that helps!
@@mirnaderico5654 I see the brand is meiji on the wrapper - I just looked it up. It is quality ingredients (nothing artificial unlike Hershey's in the U.S. that uses artificial flavor) so looks like just a high quality milk chocolate to me.
