    Baked Lamb Shank Recipe and Tricks
    * 4 lamb shank
    *rock salt
    *Rosemary
    How to make lamb shank kebab in the oven
    First of all, let's wash our lamb incks and dry them with a napkin. Then, add the lamb shanks on the greaseproof paper and add the salt and rosemary. Let's wrap it with greaseproof paper, then wrap it in aluminum foil so that it does not get any air and put it on the baking tray. Let's put it in the section of our oven at 200 C close to the bottom floor and cook it there for 3 hours. After 3 hours, take it out of the oven and serve it hot.
    Tricks
    1) First, wrap the meat on oily paper so that it does not come in contact with the aluminum foil. While wrapping with aluminum foil, let's wrap it in such a way that it does not receive any air, so that it is cooked with steam and water does not flow out.
    2) Let's cook at 200 C and if we put it near the bottom of the oven, it will cook better with temperature.

      kalın tuz oluyor yemeklerde kullandığımız ince tuz değil. ama kalın tuz (kaya tuzu) yoksa normal yemeklerde kullanılan tuzu da kullanabilirsiniz. kolay gelsin:))
