Gazab hai bhai. Plan to achha laga. Pehle jab requirement suna owner ka to mere to hosh hi ud gaye. Plot hai 2400 sqft ki aur requirement hai 2 kanal wali. Upar phir rent hona hai do portions wo v 2 bhk each. Unke bikes, cars kidhar rahegi ? Ya phir sirf public transport use karne walon ko hi rent pe denge ghar ye log. Kamaal hai. Par maanna padega architect ko. Akhir plan bana k diya. Wo v achha khaasa. Real challenge to hum middle class walon ki ghar banane me hai. Architect bro, u r awsm ! Kudos. God bless. Thanks.
