Orange base form = samurai soldier.
Jimba Lemon/Cherry/Peach = captains.
Kachidoki = Generals
Kiwami = Daishogun or Great Warlords.
as for Fresh it's a joke form.

Diend Complete: Starting us off with this rare gem of a form. Instead of cards of all Heisei Secondaries, its all the movie Riders. Good thing this form didnt get the Complete 21 form treatment
Kuuga Rising Ultimate: Basically how to upgrade a Final Form. And a Decade exclusive form
Double Fang Joker: Wrong Catch Akiko. Yes, its Phillip's turn to be in the wheel with the Fang Memory. Usually its Phillip does the fainting, but in this instance its Shotaro's turn
Double Cyclone Joker Extreme: Your eyes does not decieve you, Phillip actually combines with Shotaro to fully sync the Gaia Well's powers within Phillip and the Xtreme Memory to achieve this form
Double Cyclone Joker Gold Extreme: This is just powered by Fuuto's Wind. Fuuto's kinda like the Chicago of the Kamen RIder universe
Accel Trial: He gets this after beating the whole "you need to finish this before 10 seconds" challenge. His true Final Form
Accel Booster: Its more or less an upgrade form than another Final Form.
OOOs GataKiriBa: This one is more into Big Brain Plays *looks at OOOs Core Medal 21 Movie*
OOOs LaToraTah: the speedy cat combo. Pretty fast af
OOOs SaGoZouh: The heavy combo. iirc there was a joke about this form when the Birth X TTFC premiered that this form is Hina's true Final Form, she dont need TaJaDor or PuToTyra
OOOs ShaUTa: The deep sea combo, pretty cool if you can get past the tentacle legs
OOOs TaJaDor: The true Super Form of he bunch. And the most glazed form for the TaJaDor Fanbois out there. Also those are condor legs when he does the Scanning Charge, plus he gets the Taja Spinner. Part arm shield, part medal launcher
OOOs PuToTyra: The TRUE OOOs Final Form, the Greed Destroyer, Plus the thematic of it having dinos use the power of ice? A bit poetic since its mostly how the other dinos died after the meteor crashed onto earth
OOOs BraKaWani: Reptile Combo, it has a weird ability to do the snake flute thing with its head
OOOs SuperTaToBa: Its just the OOOs TaToBa Form but on steroids
OOOs TaJaDor Eternity: If the TaJaDor Combo got an upgrade. Yet it came at a high price. No im not crying, YOU ARE! *cries harder*
Birth Day Form: He just combines with all the weapons it came with and turn yourself into a man sized Megazord
Birth X Form: The Actual Birth Final Form. Shame it got rekt in the movie
Fourze Electric States: The form where Gentaro makes JK his friend. Imagine a taser inside a sword
Fourze Fire States: Both a fire extinguisher and a fire starter. This one was made through Tomoko being friends with Gentaro
Fourze Magnet States: when a space suit themed Rider couldn't look more like a space suit. This is made from Gentaro's rocky friendship with the man behind the Fourze Driver's development. And the actual super form of the bunch
Fourze Cosmic States: Fourze's Final Form, plus the Cosmic Switch brought him back from the dead after Meteor One Inch Punched his heart. Plus that sword is the Barizun Rocket Sword.
Fourze Super Rocket States: Its Gentaro's Bond with Nadeshiko. The liquid metal alien girl from some videos ago
Fourze Rocket Drill States: TVKun special form. Mixes both the Drill and Rocket Switches into one helluva drill punch
Fourze Fusion States: Its a form that mixes his base form and Ryusei's base form. A form of the best of both worlds. He even adapts Ryusei's Jeet Kun Do fighting style. And i think he made friends with a space station robot here as well
Fourze Nadeshiko Fusion States: Its just like Fusion States but add the Super Rockets' Rocket Arms and.....skis?
Meteor Storm: the second time the Secondary Rider gets his Final Form before the Main Rider. He gets a cool bo staff and his final attack lets him play beyblade.
Wizard Dragon Styles: Each of his other base forms, which is the Flame, Water, Hurricane and Land Styles have a Dragon from. And each has access to a part of Wizard's Phantom, aptly named Dragon, parts. Flame Dragon gets the head for chest blaster, Water Dragon uses the tail, Hurricane Dragon uses the wings and Land Dragon has the claws. In addition, he can use the Dragon Timer to summon his other Dragon Forms whenever he's in Flame Dragon if he needs back up
Wizard All Dragon: This form is basically just Flame Dragon with all the Dragon parts not only his but from the other Dragon Forms as well through the Dragon Timer being scanned on the WIzard Driver.
Wizard Infinity Style: His Final Form, accessed through his Infinity Ring. Believe it or not, Haruto had do fight that Phantom WITHOUT his powers. It has access to the AxeCalibur sword axe and with a banger themesong from Kamen Rider Girls
Wizard Special Rush Style: Its just a temporary shortcut to use Wizard All Dragon but in red colors. Kind of a sneak peak cuz i forgot when was Movie War Ultimatum happened when Wizard was airing
Wizard Infinity Gold Dragon Style: Its just a gold recolor of Wizard Infinity with All Dragon's parts in gold. Previously in a summer movie, Infinity Dragon Style was the prototype for this, just remove the gold and the Dragon Head
Beast Hyper Form: Beast's Final Form, he gets a cool blue ring and a gun for this form.
Gaim Jimber Arms: Its a prototype formation for the Genesis Driver using the Energy Lock Seed Slot from said Genesis Driver. Like i said, its supposed to be a prototype until Ryoma finalized the Genesis Driver. Has direct access to the Sonic Arrow. Also he has different power sets depending which Energy Lockseeds he has. Cherry gives him super speed and Peach gives him super senses
Gaim Kachidoki Arms: Its a super form given to him by DJ Sagara by using his powers to evolve an orange into the Lockseed he's using. Has access to the DJ Gun and can combine with the Musou Saber to create that cool chonky buster sword
Gaim Kiwami Arms: The Final Form that ascended him into Godhood, and spawned A LOT of Fruit Jesus memes. Has access to ALL the weapons, kinda like Unlimited Blade Works
Gaim Fresh Orange Arms: TVKun Form, lets him dual wield 2 Daidaimarus with some stat boost

Funfact about Kiwami Arms Gaim is that the silver armors design is based on 1st of the great unifiers Nobunaga Oda's Silver Nanban armor, which was based on westerner armor designs built to resist firearms.
Kiwami arms is based on Nobunaga Oda's armor. The two looks almost the same.
He was a highly charismatic and forward-thinking person. He is also said to be the Demon King.
Kachidoki arms is based on Iyeyasu Tokugawa's armor.
He was the man who unified Japan during the Sengoku period and created the Edo period.
Orange arms is based on Masamune Date's armor.
He is famous for his high intelligence, strategy, and fashion. He was a very rare person who can also speak foreign languages.
He wore an eyepatch and was called the One-Eyed Dragon.
The bit that makes Diend's final form different to Decade's. Decade is the series before W and so his final form goes from Kuga to Den-o. Diend goes from G-4 to Skull. Skull belongs to W's series meaning Diend's final form goes a series beyond Decade's. Until Decade gets his complete 21 form that is.

There's a new Tamashi Nations store in New York that has Kamen Rider figures, as well as Garo and Ultraman, first time seeing Tokusatsu toys in shelves besides Power Rangers, Godzilla or Beetleborgs.
i see the figure rise standard model kits in my local hobby shop but thats the only official rider stuff ive found.
I’ve looked at the video and noticed that the uploader said “2 finishers per form”. And I’m thinking back to part 1 and I think it was such a lost opportunity to include these finishers. Mainly the ones that showed only 1 finisher when they had more. Black RX’s Rider Kick and G3-X’s Cerberus Minigun. But maybe the one who made this video which is actually like a few hours long, couldn’t do that because then it would be too much and that video would be taken down for copyright. And I can understand why Jay-3 had to divide the reaction into a few parts because 1 that’s another reason they might get the video taken down for copyright and two the video is like livestream length. Same goes for the footage they left out. Including Accel Trial’s transformation and main finisher (and the only finisher they showed was the sword version of that finisher), and Wizard Infinity Dragon Style’s transformation and finisher.
Fun fact:
Kamen Rider Fourze's story was supposed to be a dark one, but since before it was filmed, Japan was hit by a worse typhoon... So for the kids who watch Kamen Rider, they changed the story into a light hearted one where the main character wanted to make friends with everyone
9:35 fun fact, each of Ooo(pronouced Ozu) forms has there own themes that are named similarly to the forms name, tatoba=Tighen up, Gatakiriba=gotta keep it real, Latoratah=Ride on right time, Sagohzou=sun goes up, etc.
18:09 this guy is Fourze, name being from Four and zero, it being the fourth anniversary. Each of his switches represent the laws of physics basically. Hes also a friendship monster, even prompting things with no sentient to suddenly gain it just to befriend him, like a mindless super computer on the moon controlled by the bad guys

Some Super and Final form Kamen Rider were describe as a dangerous form. Form instants, Stronger Charge up only used in 1 minute, Ultimate Kuuga is only used once because its dark power and really dangerous enough if the user were not pure enough in his heart. Agito Burning is so really hot, oftenly never used too much. Faiz Blaster form were dangerous too, because the red color scheme is caused by a overload Photon molecule, which is using it very often, could shorting user life spawn. Blade King form is really dangerous, not only the 13 Undead card + King card were fusion up with Kenzaki body, resulting mutation in his DNA, and if used too much, turn him into Joker Undead. Fang Joker also at its first appearance were berserk, then Putotyra Combo is a result of dark power posessed Rider, with every transfomation is hurting Eiji *Putotyra Combo core medal were inside his body*. Wizard All Dragon style is not use oftenly, because using too much mana = short lifespawn. And the Gaim Kiwami Arms is could make someone turn into First human aka Adam and gaining power as the God *in here, Indonesia, Kiwami Arms oftenly jokes as mixed fruit bowl / rujak buah 😂

Because the toy of the weapon of Wizard's final form earn nothing so the rest of the main rider's didn't have unique weapon in their final form until Revice. (Saber not count because they needed in every form)
You guys should check out some of the Ultraman Henshin and finishers too,they are as cool as the Kamen Rider ones.

Man, why did Decade complete get just one finisher while OOOs gets his normal forms and finishers, I'd only consider Tajador a super form, then putotyra, super tatoba and 10 year anniversary tajador
