Many years ago I taught my students this beautiful song.Although most of them did not really like Russian as a subject at school because it was compulsory in Hungary before 1990, they later said they enjoyed my lessons.Mostly because they liked Russian songs and some other musical pieces by Russian composers, besides the lessons were not boring at all-as they said.Of course I tried to make some other “tricks” to make them love the Russian language.♥️
It is a pity only few people can speak Russian in Hungary nowadays.☹️

If we can come back to it , maybe we will find the heart of humanity once again. The modern world is losing this treasure of the authentic expression of the heart. We need to stop and think about what we are letting go of before we pick up the next newest fad. This song is genuinely beautiful. It takes real talent to sing a song as real as this.
