Generally, aligning the Praying Mantis is the same. You are adjusting the height of the sample as well as the turn tilt mirrors to maximize the energy on the detector. However, for UV-VIS Agilent spectrometers, there are minor differences, and we supply a different manual for alignment. If you need assistance with alignment, contact us by email [e-mail].
