Is that a tornado V3 I see? Way better than a Gan 13 right? I just got it as my second Gan (got the 12ui first) and it doesn't feel as stable unless I make it so tight the edge repelling magnets aren't effective. What version Tornado you got?
Yeah it’s the version 3 and I’m honestly not sure which I like better. I haven’t set up the v3 yet so it’s a bit floppy right now, but I’m sure it could be extremely good
@@Kewbix Right on... Definitely nice having the maglev and magnetic core. I can't even use my CH V2 anymore it feels so stiff after the V3. I have my V3 set to 5 on the inside and 4 on the outside while I had to change my V2 to 1 on the inside and 3 on the outside. I have my Gan 13 I just recently bought set to 6 on the inside and 2 on the outside, but I'm still trying to get it to a setting I like. I actually got it hoping I could swap pieces into the 12 ui (which I have is set to 2 on the top and I think the 1st setting on the bottom, or the setting after getting the big click), but unfortunately neither the GES or the edge pieces fit while another cubetuber said they couldn't get the maglev system from the 12 maglev to fit on it either. I'd test it myself, but I don't have a 12 and already spent 50$-60$ on the 13 maglev (AliExpress is surprisingly good prices and fast shipping) where I've already beyond crippled my budget this month where I haven't even bought the Gan robot yet. I also keep the core/corner magnets as high as possible as I like having turns that are more snappy.
The 3rd outside setting on the 13 definitely felt closer to what I have on the V3, but it felt too tight to get the auto turning from the repelling edge magnets. The current setting I have feels a bit too loose though and can lock up if I'm not careful where I might need to reduce the inner number as well, which might let me get away with changing the outside back to 3. I only started recently and average somewhere around 45 with times around 36 at best and can only get about 1-2 TPS maybe 3 at best so I'm not really an advanced cuber nor do I really know what I'm doing while trying to adjust my cubes, but I'm working on it. Hopefully my descriptions can help with figuring out a good setting for your V3 as it's definitely much different from a Gan where it's more built for a controlled solid feeling cube that's still lightweight and easy to turn allowing for a more forgiving handling while solving where the Gan is more loose and wild cube that requires being more precise and controlled to avoid lockups yet can possibly make it a bit easier to get faster solves with how it intuitively turns itself essentially... It's definitely a question of how much one is willing to sacrifice as far as being more forgiving vs having stronger turning assistance while requiring a more delicate and precise touch; or at least that's the best way I can describe it.

I'm guessing you don't use smart cubes a lot, but it would still be cool to have such a well known cuber in the community as a friend on there.

How old are you. Anesthesia is done before an operation that you sort of fall asleep but still are awake and after the operation you don't remember what happened
It’s a drug they put you on to make you fall asleep instantly and the effects last for a little while after you wake up so you don’t remember a lot of things you say. It also completely numbs your whole face so you don’t feel what they’re doing lol
