I actually really like your speech pattern. It sounds like I am actually in your space with you chatting instead of a super rehearsed more tutorial/classroom setting. Please don't change.
In an effort to counteract the mean comments, I like your voice! I think you're very eloquent and pleasant to listen to. You have a unique way of story telling with a flavour of humour without it feeling like a weird comedy. Especially in your look books, I think your commentary is excellent!
Back at school during a couple of home economics lessons we used a similar technique - heated household items to shape petals) Our teacher poured some sand in a pan and we heated spoons in it. Btw, for all the impatient people that say you talk slowly, well, they can just use this nifty feature increasing the speed of the video. Won't lie, I use it myself from time to time) One's impatience is no excuse to be rude to a creator who likely poured hours of effort into making a video 😑
Your voice is lovely. Ignore the jerks who have nothing better to do than critique others for doing things they aren’t brave enough to do. Also, this whole ensemble set is 🔥🔥🔥! The most stunning shade of green.
I love listening to your videos! I like how you voice over - the sighs - the comments - the asides - *chefs kiss* it makes it totally relatable to me. And your voice is great! The flowers came out so nice, as well. I’m not sure I have the patience for that. Lol
Here's to countering the negativity! I find your voice quiet soothing actually, I struggle with sleep because trauma and I regularly have your older videos playing in the background to help me sleep.
Of the UA-camrs I watch, you're the only one whose voice my husband has specifically praised, and he's a former professional DJ and musician, so he knows from voices.
I love how you go from "I forgot to order flowers, let's watch a video and try myself" to incredible art pieces, using only scraps and household items. Are you secretly a bunch of fairies hiding in a dress, using magic and enchanting? That would explain a lot...
Congrats on 50k! And your voice and cadence are lovely. You have been added to my short list of youtubers that I listen to while I am winding down to go to sleep.
The flowers look gorgeous! I’m so surprised people have said they don’t like your voice. I watch your videos sometimes to de stress because of the cadence of your voice and getting to hear about sewing. You sound great 👍
I love these flowers! You only speak the way you do because you are intelligent, sometimes our brains work faster than our mouths, other times it's the other way around. This was really amazing how you made them with household items!
You have a beautiful voice. I always tell my kids that people who are mean and judgmental are not happy people. They need to bring others down to make them feel better. I'm sorry that you get negative comments from unhappy people. I love your videos and your voice.

Your usual quirky sense of humour is just a delight. I look forward to your posting each week, like waiting for a good friend who always makes me feel good. Be encouraged. Negative comments say more about the person from whom they originate than you.
I say "no" to buying fancy flower tools. Why waste your money when you (1) have things that work and (2) could get more things (i.e., ice cream scoop, large rounded serving spoon) at a thrift store, Dollar Tree, or grocery store? The money you save can go toward more silk! Plus, small pillows can easily be sewn from scraps and then stuffed with scraps, such as the bits from cutting out flower petals. The flowers you made and formed into a corsage are beautiful. I like your hat, speech pattern, and voice too!
B...you know I’m a long time subbie and I LOVE your voice and your HUMOR! That’s why I watch you. I don’t sew and not intending to take it up anytime soon. Beautiful roses. I often watch your videos to help me get to sleep. Your voice is hypnotising. The rhythm of your speech is like the ebb and flow of waves. To top it all off I can actually understand every word! No garbled words. All in all, genuinely always enjoy your video content, your humour, and your smile. Never change please 💖💖💖sandym 💖
Wait, what? You have one of my favorite voices on UA-cam. When I come back to your videos I am reminded how much I love your voice and the way you speak. I have a form of ADHD and probably auditory processing disorder, so your speech pattern and the sort of factual way of story telling and your humor is so pleasant to listen to. I can listen to you all day. Regarding the flower making, oh my gosh, you are such a genius. The fancy tools are holding me back from going the silk flower route and have been researching alternatives but nothing beats this!!! You are so resourceful and creative! Gosh. Love, love, love this video
Thank you Bianca...this is just too awesome and the perfect use for the forgotten melon baller 😸😸😸...congratulations on reaching 50 000 subscribers...your hard work is totally being recognized and now you need to celebrate with a wonderful cup of tea in your Spode tea cup, wearing a creation of your own with your glorious green rose brooch...again thank you 💚💚💚
I'd love to see more flower making! I can see so many possibilities and so many flowers. Please don't pay any attention to those who say they don't like your voice. I do.
I love your voice! You enunciate so clearly, and you’re so frank and deadpan, it’s hilarious. I normally have trouble following voice overs without a caption, but I never have that issue with you! This looks so useful and I wish I had had this when I was making my wedding bouquet XD. Thank you so much for all your videos
Before I had an egg iron, I used a melon baller and ice cream scoop. And thin nose pliers (which I still use). That's actually what my millinery teacher told us to use if we didn't have tools. One tip - if you can heat the tool over something electrical - a hot plate, or have it touching an iron for a while - it's better. Using an open flame can cause blackening of the tools, which can then transfer to the fabric. Can be a problem if you're using a lighter coloured fabric, so it's worth remembering.
Funnily enough, I was crocheting flowers while watching this. A lot less fancy than yours but still flowers. 🌸 I always enjoy watching you craft all these beautiful components and accessories that I wouldn’t even think about making myself.
For the record, I enjoy listening to you speak, your speech pattern intrigues me as much as Bernadette's very precise diction... ...and also, thanks for giving me ideas about things to do if I ever cut up one of my silk shirts... love how tweezers become a miniature curling iron!
You said you liked it so I'm gonna go ahead and say it : I love your voice. It's really soothing to me. I usually go to your videos when I had a panic attack or I wasn't feeling good to make me feel better. I'm always reasured after. Like listening to you talk about your projects and ideas feels like a lullaby
Bianca, I find your voice mellifluous and pleasing and listening to your stream of consciousness-style teaching is very informative and I love it. Do not change a thing, please.
I prefer seeing the household items being used as tools because it means I can do it at home. It makes the project possible for me. I imagine a Christmas tree full of these blooms.
Why do people feel the need to leave negative hurtful comments. If you don’t like a channel then don’t watch it, simple. I like your voice it is calming.
If I end up trying this I might get two sets of tweezers/melon ballers- that way one can always be heating while the other one's in use :) Your roses look amazing; what a beautiful way to repurpose cabbage! Thanks for the inspiration and taking the time to share it with us and for the record, I think your voice is *lovely*- I play your videos in the background while I'm working/sewing all the time!
Great commenting, and a nice voice indeed. English is not my first language, but I've got no challenges to understand you what so ever. My first thought as it comes to the internet trolls is that I feel pity with those having so little to do with their lives. They somehow feel a desire to not appreciate other peoples good work, but rather try to bring it down. What a horrid experience they are turning their lives into - and with apparently no good reason what so ever! I truly enjoy your videos and I'm learning a lot as I'm having a great time watching! Thank you!
I vote for the .pdf how-to guide another viewer asked for. I also saw the Bernadette Banner flower video and was possessed by a desire to try making them. Can you also share links to the UA-cam video tutorials that you found most helpful? Finally: your voice is everything other viewers say it is - informative, calming, but I also really appreciate your precision of speech. Accurate, to the point, no mindless rambling and especially no mumbling! Perhaps you are editing out the complainers from your comment section, but I’m reading through all of the comments most of the time and your followers also seem to be a thoughtful and interesting bunch with valuable things to say. A quality channel all around.
I’d love to see more flowersnd how different fabrics would react to being made a flower (some ones with organza and opque petals would look really cool), the differences between this method and professional tools, how big of a flower you could make, and your voice is absolutly lovely and I go really fast too so it isn’t at all bad
I have said it before, but I must tell you again (because you mentioned how there are those out there who criticize the way you talk) how much I love your way oof speaking. I find it very comforting because your voice reminds me a great deal of a dear friend.
Yeay....woss wrong with your voice? Honestly what is wrong with those leaving such pointless critiques? How doth it enrich anyone's life is beyond me. If I don't like something, I don't listen to or wear or eat or look at whatever. For instance can't stand ball and stick games so while hubbly watches snooker, I love to see and hear Bianca to make these sumptch roses. I wouldn't bother messaging snooker people, would I. Totes waste of time. Fab that you chiefly looked around for what you already had to hand to make these..loved it. Definitely going to have a go. Thanks for all the work this involved and sharing it!
I love your crafting videos! It always sounds like we're just two pals doing crafts together when I listen to your process while I work on my own projects! Thank you for all your efforts and wonderful ideas
Vocal pedagogue here. Your voice is just fine. Your consonnants are clear, which helps understand your thoughts, especially for non-native speakers. Of course, all of your content is always very interesting. Thank you! :)
I've actually been curious about working with fake flowers for a while now, so this is absolutely fascinating to learn. Also, your voice is lovely and is such a huge part of what makes your channel so nice
More things like this yes!! Wow what a great result for what was scraps and likely not to be that useful for much else! And I love your speech pattern, I feel like its how you would talk if we were sitting in your sewing room and you were talking through how you did it, mistakes, funny gaffs and all, its one of the things I love about your channel. You don't take yourself deadly seriously and not everything has to be perfect! Keep up the great work Lady!
I enjoy your voice and pacing. You sound distinctively you! The way you speak wraps me into your life. I feel included in the real experiences you are having as you "make" in front of us.
How can anyone not LOVE the way you speak?! It’s so comforting 😅 I put on your videos any time I’m having a bad chronic illness day and need some comfort watching. I must have re-watched some of your videos a million times just to listen to you talk 🤣
First off - I love your voice and enjoy the way you speak 💚 I have a request... I know how much work it would take... but if you could, please, make a PDF file of instructions? I do not need illustrations, just the instructions. I have ALL the "tools" you used (okay, an order to Amazon for the wire, tape, and pin backs is not a problem). But could you include a list of the "professional" tools also? Please, no pressure, I have absolutely no problem watching your videos over and over again 😊 (by the way - I am willing to pay for it)
Oh how fun B. Can you believe that I actually had everything I needed to do this at home. I don't know if I should be elated, or maybe shocked in a hoarder sort of way. But I thought this was an excellent tutorial and the fact that you make it doable without having to collect scads of tools beforehand was great. Love love.
I really like the roses that you made. I really like your voice and I like the way you talk because it sounds like we are having a conversation. I would love to see more flowers .
Not only do I like your voice actively, but you're also delightful for relaxing couch naps. I'm many hours into your videos at this point and I must thank you. I have a REALLY good understanding of darts now. I know there are no darts in this video, but iykyk. Cheers!
I LOVE this video!!!! You using house hold tools is the best part! It is so easy to get into "before I have all the tools I will not start" frame of mind.
I’m surprised at people not liking your voice, because you’re one of the few you tubers I can be watching *without* my parents complaining about the voice they can hear. I think they struggle with people talking SUPER FAST AND HIGH ENERGY, and yours is very natural and soothing, but still interested in what’s happening.
The way that you talk is one of the main reasons I love your channel, amongst others of course. You regularly make me laugh out loud, and I listen/watch your videos whilst I sew because it’s like having a friend to sew with (I too am a hermit haha). I would love to see more flower making, this is your sign to go buy those tools!
You are not only beautiful but you make beautiful items. I thoroughly enjoy your informative, inspirational and entertaining videos. You are such a creative soul. You are so lucky to have so many exceptional talents and skills.
Hi, I'm partially deaf and your speech makes it easier for me to hear what you are saying it's very helpful when I can't see your face. The flowers turned out beautifully and yes get the dohicky and make more pretty things.💖
You blew my mind with your stunning giant green Roses! You are one very talented lady my dear. Please do not stop sharing your amazing ideas and skills. You are a blessing and help so many dare to remember and dream again!
I find it so refreshing to listen to someone who's speech isn't peppered with "ums" and "ya knows," never mind the rising inflections on the end of every other word making everything sound like a question. As far as purchasing the flower making tools... do it.
Gorgeous! I must now stop myself from diving into flower making without a plan for actually being able to use them effectively! Your voice is great! You speak quick, but your diction is good, and you don't whine or talk through your nose. Perfect!
I fall into the category of people that really like your voice ❤️ it's so soothing, on nights I have trouble sleeping I'll replay your videos to help me sleep better 😊 Also, in case you need an excise to buy flower making tools, I think you should! Your flowers turned out so beautiful and if the proper tools save time imagine how amazing it would be to scraps from every project to make matching flowers! Now I want to make flowers too...
Ignore the haters, if they don't like it they don't have to watch. Your voice is lovely, soothing and your dry humor is hilarious, and it helps me get through a long day of work listening to a nice technical eloquent series of instructions😁 and you're incredibly talented, and I think those go hand-in-hand. I used to hate my voice until a few of the older customers at my work came in and remarked on how beautiful my voice was and how it had an old-timey quality to it they found so refreshing, and then I realized I wasn't out of place, I was a true classic, and so are you
I have a mini clover craft iron with multiple attachments that I think would work for this. Much cheaper than the professional gizmos. I also am an appreciative listener to your delightful voice :-)
You know, whoever says that you don’t have the most beautiful voice in the world is an idiot. Don’t listen to those people. They just feel ugly and they want to make other people feel ugly. Ignore them listen to me and the others who have left similar messages, you’re fabulous. Your voice is amazing!!!
Your use of the melon-baller is brilliant! I think the barrier to a lot of niche crafts is the specialized tools that are allegedly required to do them. While “proper” tools can be really helpful and may be needed for super complex projects, it’s amazing what can be done with just a few household items! Also, that SILK! That color is just stunning, I’m going to miss it now that this series is done.
Heartily agree with so many of the comments, your voice is perfect and lovely just as it is. There are so many of the same type of voices out there, it is wonderful to be different. Your voice stands out for it's warmth and yes your speech patterns it's like listening to a friend talk. Thank you for another great video.
I would watch you make flowers all day long-can’t wait to watch the real-time video. And in my opinion, you have a lovely voice. But seriously, why do some people consider it acceptable to express a negative judgment on someone else’s voice? I’m sorry, didn’t realize the self-appointed voice police were issuing citations!
Ooh! I may have to start another hobby! These turned out gorgeous. I was so thrilled during the last vid when you said you'd show how you made them! Ever since Bernadette's video on flowers I was like, there must be a way to do this without the irons... Melon baller! Brilliant! Your voice rocks! I can tell that you're considering your words. As others mentioned you're very eloquent! (Also I watch everything at 2x speed. Voices are less relevant that way lol. I find it easier to concentrate at faster speeds.)
How am I only just now finding your channel??? This is amazing. As a baby costumer I really appreciate that you don't rush through your process or speed up your voice. I'm taking notes!
I like your voice very much. I find that even though you do speak quickly, the register, tone and timbre are beautiful and relaxing to listen to. It isvery natural sounding and pleasant. Oh, and the roses are dead GORGEOUS!
You could use a set of stainless steel measuring spoons! Keep the teaspoon on the heat while you use the tablespoon and vice-versa. Some sets even come with 2 tsp, half tablespoon, and 2 tablespoon measures (aka a coffee scoop), so if those are useful in you cooking life, you'd have a nice big set of irons to work with.
Oh wow !!! The jewel toned green roses are absolutely stunning. And yes, you have indeed opened the door to a dangerous game, here. I didn't even know I liked to make silk flowers until I watched this video. Now all I can think of is making silk flowers. I don't even sew but I do a lot of craft projects. I make jewelry boxes and I'm thinking of sticking some handmade flowers on them. Thank your for sharing your beautiful creation.
I really enjoy your voice and music choices because I prefer to watch crafting/ sewing videos right before sleep. I finding it soothing/ relaxing but not monotone. Your enunciation is also fantastic so I can lower the volume but still understand you. Plus your creations are totally awesome.
I actually really like your speech pattern. It sounds like I am actually in your space with you chatting instead of a super rehearsed more tutorial/classroom setting. Please don't change.
Thank you! I'd rather keep things chill, so I only ever script my lookbooks, I'm just rambling for everything else usually 😅❤
In an effort to counteract the mean comments, I like your voice! I think you're very eloquent and pleasant to listen to. You have a unique way of story telling with a flavour of humour without it feeling like a weird comedy. Especially in your look books, I think your commentary is excellent!
I couldn't agree more. She is the best. She should do voice over as a profession. Her cadence and even tone is perfect.

I totally agree, I love listening to her voice!
Please don’t stop sharing your crafting skills! You have most certainly touched many hearts with your green roses!😍

If I end up trying this I might get two sets of tweezers/melon ballers- that way one can always be heating while the other one's in use :) Your roses look amazing; what a beautiful way to repurpose cabbage! Thanks for the inspiration and taking the time to share it with us
and for the record, I think your voice is *lovely*- I play your videos in the background while I'm working/sewing all the time!
Thank you! Two sets of tools is a very good idea indeed!
Thank you!
Thank you Helena ❤
Thank you Leslie! I liked these two videos best ua-cam.com/video/eRf0-1Zp7Bo/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/yhs7Zvr7zr0/v-deo.html
I’d love to see more flowersnd how different fabrics would react to being made a flower (some ones with organza and opque petals would look really cool), the differences between this method and professional tools, how big of a flower you could make, and your voice is absolutly lovely and I go really fast too so it isn’t at all bad
Thank you! ❤
Thank you Lorna! ❤
Yes, I would love to see more flowermaking tutorials!
I love your crafting videos! It always sounds like we're just two pals doing crafts together when I listen to your process while I work on my own projects! Thank you for all your efforts and wonderful ideas
Thank you Skyler!
Vocal pedagogue here. Your voice is just fine. Your consonnants are clear, which helps understand your thoughts, especially for non-native speakers. Of course, all of your content is always very interesting. Thank you! :)
Thank you!
I never cease to marvel at your inventiveness and practical skills. Those roses are gorgeous. And I love listening to your commentaries too.
Thank you Gillian!
I've actually been curious about working with fake flowers for a while now, so this is absolutely fascinating to learn. Also, your voice is lovely and is such a huge part of what makes your channel so nice
Thank you!
Thank you! I try to do voice overs as casually as I can really, never scripted for this very reason, we're just hanging out after all and sewing ❤
Congrats on 50k! 🎉
Thank you Chae! ❤❤❤
I enjoy your voice, entertaining the whole time. And appreciate all of your hard work teaching us how to do new things.
Thank you!
I enjoy your voice and pacing. You sound distinctively you! The way you speak wraps me into your life. I feel included in the real experiences you are having as you "make" in front of us.
Thank you!
How can anyone not LOVE the way you speak?! It’s so comforting 😅 I put on your videos any time I’m having a bad chronic illness day and need some comfort watching. I must have re-watched some of your videos a million times just to listen to you talk 🤣
Thank you! ❤
Please, no pressure, I have absolutely no problem watching your videos over and over again 😊 (by the way - I am willing to pay for it)
I love a big brooch too!! Would love to see the beautiful art of wearing silk flower back in vogue... heavy sigh... And, yes, you have a lovely voice!
Thank you Guinevere!
Personally speaking, I think you have a wonderful Voice.
Thank you Lettitia ❤
Oh how fun B. Can you believe that I actually had everything I needed to do this at home. I don't know if I should be elated, or maybe shocked in a hoarder sort of way. But I thought this was an excellent tutorial and the fact that you make it doable without having to collect scads of tools beforehand was great. Love love.
Thank you Sharon!
I really like the roses that you made. I really like your voice and I like the way you talk because it sounds like we are having a conversation. I would love to see more flowers .
Thank you Fay!
Thank you!
Your voice is really soothing for me, I love putting on one of your videos while I work to keep me focused
Thank you Gwen ❤
I’m surprised at people not liking your voice, because you’re one of the few you tubers I can be watching *without* my parents complaining about the voice they can hear. I think they struggle with people talking SUPER FAST AND HIGH ENERGY, and yours is very natural and soothing, but still interested in what’s happening.
Thank you Hannah! I struggle with being excitable and high energy ever, there is not enough caffeine in my day for such ha
Thank you! ❤
Just for the record, I find your voice soothing and relaxing.
You are not only beautiful but you make beautiful items. I thoroughly enjoy your informative, inspirational and entertaining videos. You are such a creative soul. You are so lucky to have so many exceptional talents and skills.
Thank you! ❤
Thank you Sonia!
I know it was a bunch of extra work for you, but I love that you have perfectly matching roses for your gown! They turned out great :)
Thank you Kari! I also kinda love that they are a perfect match this way 💚
Great tutorial, thank you! Good to know it is possible without any expensive tools :)
Thank you!
Thank you Angela! ❤
I like your voice. Sometimes you do talk fast, but that means you get all of the words out. I love the roses!!! They look fantastic!!!
Thank you Autumn!
I LOVE your voice.... it's soothing and confident and it kind of makes me feel like I can do these things too.
Thank you Patricia! You cannn!!
I used to hate my voice until a few of the older customers at my work came in and remarked on how beautiful my voice was and how it had an old-timey quality to it they found so refreshing, and then I realized I wasn't out of place, I was a true classic, and so are you
Thank you Laura! I didn't used to like the sound of my own voice, but after years of editing my videos I got over that quite quick ha 😅
Thank you Avery! I'm certainly happy to improvise in a pinch!
To add to the chorus: I like your voice so much that you're on my list of youtubers whose old videos I'll put on while falling asleep.
Heartily agree with so many of the comments, your voice is perfect and lovely just as it is. There are so many of the same type of voices out there, it is wonderful to be different. Your voice stands out for it's warmth and yes your speech patterns it's like listening to a friend talk. Thank you for another great video.
Thank you Anne! ❤
Your voice is elegant and distinct....you have a creative mind and a strong wit. Don't change it for anyone.
Thank you!
Thank you Reina! I watch a looooot of things at 2x too 😅
How am I only just now finding your channel??? This is amazing. As a baby costumer I really appreciate that you don't rush through your process or speed up your voice. I'm taking notes!
Thank you!
That is a great way to use all the scraps. Thanks for sharing.
I actually find your voice very relaxing and I enjoy listening to your videos just as much as I enjoy watching them.
Thank you Chrissi!
I like your voice very much. I find that even though you do speak quickly, the register, tone and timbre are beautiful and relaxing to listen to. It isvery natural sounding and pleasant. Oh, and the roses are dead GORGEOUS!
Thank you Denise!
Thank you Cindy!
