I'll make a video on that later this month. But there's a few options. The melody sticks out the most, so have your right hand play either root or inversions chords where the top note of the chord is closest to the melody line, so that your top finger can play the melody note instead of the top note of the chord. Another way is bring your left hand closer to your right so the left hand is playing the bottom 2 notes of the chord so that will free up your right hand to only play the top note of the chord + the melody. Hope that makes sense!
Why don't you break down the 16th note passages? We know how to play the chords..... how do you break them up in rhythm? This is what we want to know!!
@@WorshipPianoAcademy I've got your course... how to break it up in three beats...4 beats...5 beats ....6 beats....7 beats....8 beats. But there is variety in songs... analyzing this song and subdividing it in your head is not the same as the instructor on youtube going 1 + 2 + 3 +a 4e a 1 .....i.e counting out the rhythm so that we can do it in the actual song. In your course you get 6 continuous beats say... 3 + a 4 e + a then one.... You just don't get it like that in songs... sometimes but not all the time.... You get off beats ... (1)+ (a) 2 (e) + (a) ( 3) + 4 + for instance....3 beats on off beats...1 and 3 on the down beats. No very few, if any piano teachers count out the rhythms on youtube... which is just laziness in my opinion. If you master rhythm you will master music it is as simple as that.... but piano teachers avoid that like the plague!! Why? What's the big secret? It's easier to show block chords...." C chord 2nd inversion ...g c e... but not explain that the 9 th is between c and e and if you go c d e then C chord..... then you have a run built in into this inversion...... Counting is crucial... and not to count of just to follow the rest of the sheep herd of other piano teachers . Why not count it out? Show your work? It takes too long and doesn't make for good content? It would make for the best content and your channel would grow exponentially because people would then know that you cared by showing them exactly the nuts and bold of the song. Nacho Pozo.... on youtube. Look him up. I've learned more from him than any other teacher.... and he's Spanish and i don't know a lick of it.... other than Hola! When it is counted out and repeated slowly..... you end up mastering it. Just my thoughts.... maybe I'm wrong but..... not by much
@williammcguire3426 I think I understand what your saying. Where exactly in this song are you talking about? Can you give me a timestamp? Sometimes I just play without thinking what I'm playing so I don't even think to talk about it.
