Ingredients and preparation:
200g (6-7) egg whites.
1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
beat for 6-7 minutes.
gradually add 200g of sugar.
beat until the sugar dissolves completely.
25g of cornstarch.
mold 45cm x 30cm.
30g of laminated almonds.
bake in a preheated oven at 140C (284F) for 35 minutes.
Let cool.
350g of fresh or frozen fruit of your choice.
50g of sugar.
cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
30ml of cold water.
cook over low heat until thickened.
Let cool.
100 ml of milk cream.
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
200g of cream cheese at room temperature.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
add strawberries or any berries.
make a roll cake.
refrigerate for 2 hours.
