At first I thought you meant why do black people want to say the n-word, then it dawned on me you were talking about the OP, which makes a lot more sense.
Tom, I don't know how you do it, subjectng yourself to such epic stupidity every day. There isn't enough weed in theworld to mellow me out in the face of such incomprehensible ignorance. It's mind boggling.
They can use that word because it's their word, not ours. I have LGBT friends who, in private for joking manners only, use the f word, usually to make mocking impressions of certain people that use the word in a hateful way, and it's okay because that's their word. It was used as a means of hateful slurring against them, so they took it for their own use in protest
As a gay man, I hate the f slur because of its history. Except when my people use it against other of my people as a joke. And then it can be funny, fully depending on the context, and if the other person is okay with that level of edginess being directed at them. And except when people are using it to describe themselves in an empowered way. In which case it feels righteous.
My question has always been the same. Why do they want to say it so bad? They really make a big deal out of it. It's telling.

It does matter what one ethnic/religious group calls another.
It does not matter what people call themselves within their own sphere.
Yeah the title is written in a confusing manner. The contents of the video make more sense.

Happy as a clam...which makes little sense. 😂
Young black brother here: I hate that word because of its history

These people need to just assimilate the concept that IT’S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.
Yeah this always seemed like a weird hill to die on.
Do you really want a conflict that badly?
Happy as a clam at high water
I feel bad for Caucasians. Can't even listen to rap music without being called a racist.
you clearly have never listened to a rap song before
