Project does not show as an approved project under WB RERA. This isn't at all a new project and neither is the construction new. The project Shriram Grand City started in 2016 which makes it an almost 9 year old project. No mention of car parking and upon checking it seems car parking is limited or may not be available. Same for club and other amenities. The project is registered under HIRA which has been discontinued quite some time ago as it was unconstitutional. This projects HIRA ID is HIRA/P/HOO/2019/000654. As it was registered under HIRA and never even bothered to re-register under RERA, that itself should say how old the project is. The cheap price is not so cheap when you get to know that per square feet they are charging is 4500/sq.ft where the average in Uttarpara is 3800/sq.ft with possibly no access to amenities that a township generally offers
